The vehicle was returned to me, and within one week the head gasket failed. Shortly afterward, my insurance company determined the vehicle was a total loss. While I cannot prove that every item listed on the invoice was not performed, the condition of the vehicle after the repairs left me with serious concerns about the quality and completeness of the work. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected the vehicle to be returned in a safe and reliable condition. What made the experience even more frustrating was how the situation was handled afterward. The shop advertises a warranty and states that they stand behind their repairs, but when I sought assistance regarding the mechanical failure that occurred immediately after the work was completed, I was given the runaround rather than meaningful support. In my experience, the warranty did not provide the protection that was represented. Additionally, the man working in the office alongside Laura was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional during my interactions with the business. He stated he completed the work himself and " knew there wasn't anything wrong " then proceeded to ask me " what's wrong " I gave him his tone of voice back stating " I'm not a mechanic but I can smell coolant " The shop revised their work and returned the car with me a second time/third time. Whenever I received the car back the 3rd and final time, I drove 12 miles before the coolant leaked completely out and blew the head gasket. Between the significant repair bill, the major engine failure shortly after the vehicle was returned, the lack of accountability, and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend this shop. I called at 1230 since I never heard from them and was told it was a bad Schrader valve which is not a common problem and was my first indication that the advisor had no idea what he was talking about. I was told that it would be ready in 45 mins. 2 hours later we were told that the problem was not fixed and that it was in fact the compressor. He said the compressor was grounding itself out internally. Who believes this trash? We lost complete faith in them and told them to just give us back the car. They charged us $300 to evacuate and recharge the AC which had a bad compressor. Who does that? There also was no mention of any valve replacement on the invoice. This was our first and only time going there. The place is completely disorganized, dishonest and unprofessional.
