I brought my 2023 expedition here after a deer hit. The quality of the work I am not worried about, they are known for doing great repairs and came recommended for this- which is great, so long as you can be without a vehicle for a few months, you won't have a problem... my expedition has been in this body shop for 12 weeks and is still not repaired. They have claimed they are waiting on one part, a distance sensor, but the truth would probably be somewhere between waiting on a part and being highly over scheduled and backed up for over scheduling. The completion date has been changed multiple times and today they said it would be another 2 weeks. So at the 14 week mark, I *might* have my vehicle back, but that's still to be seen. I can't even say if any work has been started on it or if it's just been held hostage at the shop for 3 months. I have a Ford Pass app that alerts me anytime the vehicle is started or moved, and after the 2 initial visits to Clintons from the claims adjuster to determine cost of repairs, it hasn't been started or moved since. Communication is a 3/10, if you can get them to answer the phone at all, you can maybe get updated, but I heard " I don't know " more than any solid answers on the reason for the wait And it wasn't until I said "Not accepting that. Call me back with answers." that I was given the reason of "a back ordered part." Super frustrating 3 months and counting, I hate even making a negative review bc the quality is not the issue, but timing does matter... and this is excessive. read more

My son's car was hit in a parking lot and the bumper was pushed in. I went to Clinton's auto body and they stated the repair would cost around $90 if they had to remove the bumper to fix it. If they could just pop it back in, there would be no charge. I was called an hour later that they could pop the bumper back in and that there was no charge. I have used Clinton's Autobody three times, with absolutely no problems. if you bring your car in, they survey the damage and order the parts and put your name on the next available opening. When the parts come in, they call you , then take your vehicle down and they repair it right away. They did a great job matching the paint exactly. a great family owned business that cares about their customers. read more

Never take your vehicle to this establishment. The customer service is awful. They will lie to you. They will threaten you if you complain to your insurance. Things will not be properly repaired. The owner will curse you out if you complain. read more

I've used this shop in the past with no problems. This last time I was there for water leaking around the windshield. I thought it was fixed bit now I have water leaking everywhere again. I know it's been like 3 years but I would expect for the cost it would have been a permanent fix. read more

My truck lights are so bad. I went to Clinton's Auto Body two weeks ago. My lights are so bad I cannot drive a night. They said they are too busy and that I had to make an appointment. I was so happy that my appointment would be finally tomorrow. I called this morning to ask what time can I leave it. (*^&$^Y)((*T^&^). Rude ladies said -Oh we had so many new customers left there autos this week and they can't do it right now. They wanted to change my appointment and wait another two weeks. I had an appointment and already waited two weeks with dangerous lights. I told them how bad they are and they said-Too bad we can't do it. I will never go to them again. read more
