When I arrived, my first impression wasn't great. The property looked old-school, with several older damaged vehicles parked around, making it feel crowded and a bit like a junkyard. I questioned whether I'd made the right choice. Inside, Terrence checked me in and estimated 45-60 minutes. I asked for a thorough inspection since I had recently purchased the car, but they only performed a basic visual inspection. While waiting, one of the employees complimented the condition of my air suspension and mentioned the technician had never seen such a clean C250, which gave me confidence that I'd made a great purchase. The service was completed in exactly an hour. Terrence said they found no visible issues and that the car appeared to have been well maintained. The pricing was fair, and the service was good overall. I'm not sure yet if LP & Sons will become my go-to Mercedes shop, but they definitely proved that appearances can be deceiving!

The work performed; replaced spark plug wires, spark plugs & Oil change. That's it. simple work. I complained, nicely and I was denied a refund. Beware!
