I threatened to sue to get my property back and Randy shouted that he's beaten better people than me in court which suggests that if I sued him, it wouldn't be the first time someone has hauled him to court. Then he insisted I pay cash so I couldn't "come back on him" - I suppose so I could not contest payment. Not sure why he's worried about that - unless he's worried about it peeling in a few weeks. I will NEVER do business here again. A most unpleasant experience all the way around.

I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. The completion date has been changed multiple times and today they said it would be another 2 weeks. So at the 14 week mark, I *might* have my vehicle back, but that's still to be seen. I can't even say if any work has been started on it or if it's just been held hostage at the shop for 3 months. I have a Ford Pass app that alerts me anytime the vehicle is started or moved, and after the 2 initial visits to Clintons from the claims adjuster to determine cost of repairs, it hasn't been started or moved since. Communication is a 3/10, if you can get them to answer the phone at all, you can maybe get updated, but I heard " I don't know " more than any solid answers on the reason for the wait And it wasn't until I said "Not accepting that. Call me back with answers." that I was given the reason of "a back ordered part." Super frustrating 3 months and counting, I hate even making a negative review bc the quality is not the issue, but timing does matter... and this is excessive.
