She stayed in constant communication, sending regular updates, photos, and videos that showed the progress and the specific behaviors being worked on -- plus advice for us as owners to reinforce at home. When our dog came back, the difference was night and day. She's calmer, more responsive, and walks beautifully on a leash with far fewer distractions.
