Nice poolside chill experience…read more We spent the afternoon at the adult pool and loved the peaceful, quiet vibe -- perfect for relaxing under the sun. Plenty of umbrellas for every chair. Service was great, with servers coming by every 15 minutes or so to check in. Super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Food does take a little while to come out, which makes sense since it's coming from the main pool kitchen, but it was worth the wait. The nachos were a standout -- loaded with guac, cheese sauce, beans, and melted cheese. And the portion? Massive. Easily enough to feed four hungry people. We had 2 and made a decent dent. Drinks were also solid -- pricey, as expected at a ritz, but well-made. The piña colada with a rum totally hit the spot on a 100-degree day. Refreshing, strong, and a bit of tropical bliss in a glass. Would definitely come back for the chill atmosphere, great service, and tasty poolside indulgence.

I have been a patron of this hotel for 12 years and we are currently staying at the Ritz. The level…read moreof service that we are receiving from all of the staff across-the-board, especially at the Air-Pool has been staggering. Looks like the Ritz Carlton is earning its name once again by hiring and recruiting staff that understands why we come to this hotel. ALARO has been serving us for several days as well as Ame and Edson. This team operates together flawlessly and with grace. They are quick to recommend if you find yourself in a tough spot after looking at their fabulous menu. Not once have we been offered something subpar. Today Alvaro even went to the extent of ordering ingredients from one kitchen to another to make us a specialty cocktail. AME, has been accommodating and making sure that our kids and the entire family has everything they need even when we don't know we need it EDSON another superstar in the team has just been amazing. The fact that I am taking time out of my vacation to write this review should speak volumes as to how happy we are to be here right now and our trip is not over yet. We have another few days to enjoy and we will. We want to thank the entire Ritz Carlton team for their hospitality. But the majority of the heavy lifting is being done by the staff of the Air Pool. So THANK YOU!

They actually did a good job not letting it get too packed. A little more of a ratchet vibe than I was expecting but still really fun! I think they have a cover starting at 10:00pm. Bathrooms were terrible!! There are two sets one inside and one outside one.

You would Think that the place would be packed as it's a sports bar and right in the middle of town. Well, it wasn't. They had the game on which was the reason we were coming to. First off, even though it wasn't that busy, they only had one bartender working the place. Bartender and server all in one. He was busy but sweet the whole time. Getting a drink did take a little while as he was trying to maneuver everyone's order. Good thing, the games was on all the television. It did pick up here and there but give or take about 10 people were in the bar. Surprise as it's downtown Palm Springs but wasn't busy. We had 2 pitchers of beer thinking it would probably be a little cheaper than getting a couple of bottles. Well, when the bill came, it was about 80.00 for the bill before tip. A little taken off with it but I guess it is what it is. Honestly didn't think it would be at least 40.00 for a pitcher but damn. Anyways, pricey for the drinks. The place wasn't that busy which we were surprised. And there was only one bartender the whole time we were there for the game. I'm sure it gets busy but honestly I think it's more of a tourist place versus the locals. As it is right in the heart of downtown. The locals know where to go instead.
