There is literally something for everyone to buy in this 4 floor jammed packed store. Prices $ Mm this one is a bit tricky, while there are a lot of special pieces in this store I feel like there are some pieces that are overpriced (like fast fashion clothing items) juxtaposed to beloved and nostalgic beanie babies being priced for no more than $12.00 (which I expected the prices to be higher). So, honestly it's quite a hit and miss and dependent on your tastes. I'm not sure if this location haggles either as I have not purchased something from here yet. This is the only thing holding me back from eating it 5 stars. Worth it? I'd recommend this location to everyone honestly, even if it's just to kill time. My boyfriend and I spent around 3 hours in here easy, and I believed we may have met the owners (not sure) as well on the bottom floor organizing a display case. I can't remember the man's name, but I believe the woman's name was Jodi and they shared that they've been married for 30 years.

Not only did he fix the tabletop to perfection he also fixed the mechanics underneath that was causing the table to not close properly. We've lived with this damage for years by covering the table with pads and a cloth. We didn't think it was fixable. We're so glad we met Frank and witnessed his craft. Telling her you normally charge $40 for a watch battery but telling her you were giving her a great deal at $20 because it was her first battery purchase. Shame on you for ripping off a 12yr old. As your business declines you'll think back on the $20 you were trying to steal from a 12yr old over a $2.50 battery. So SHAME ON YOU, YOU THEIF! My 12 yr old daughter went in to ask how much it would be for a new battery on her old watch. The woman working told her it would be $40 but since it was her first watch she would give her a deal of $20. My daughter thinking it was a great deal because thats what the lady said left her watch there. An adult was NOT with her and did not consent to the work being done. When she returned t lo tell the lady she didnt want the battery the woman told her it was too late. The woman refused to give her back the watch after we told her we didn't want the battery. The woman claimed that the cancelation fee was $20 and the battery was $20. Needless to say she kept the watch and would not give it back to a 12yr old. The cops were called and they told us it was a civil matter. I will also be reporting them to the BBB!

I was in shock on how this place is trying to nickel and dime for everything, the lady rein had horrible customer service and always had a smart ass remark on her responses. I do not recommend this place at all, the receipt comments are lies as my watches do not have scratches and wear all over the place as stated... go to BAYSIDE watch intead also at the mall... BATTERIES are $19.95 less expensive, they have a 1 year warranty at no additional cost on top of free time set & friendly staff.
