Disgraceful service. Cashier should be dismissed. I have been a cashier for 20+ years and dealing with public all my working years and never been followed out of a store for theft. 5+ Years going there and never committed a theft in my life. X-husband police officer and having family and daughter would be devastating to have stepped so low as to steal. 2x's followed out had purchases checked and purse scanned.NOTHING! Lectured about theft and security Cashier said that this has occurred 10x's - replied scan my purse when entering and scan whenexiting.did not even apologize. She continued to lecture about security and theft. ​ It did not register with her and she continued on I just walked off to let her rant on. read more

Has so everything hair related you can possibly need. Come early when they first open so you can actually get help if u need it. I was with my baby and the girls were cute w him making him laugh. I found everything I was looking for. Prices are pretty standard to the other hair stores. Cant go wrong. read more

This location never has stock or carry a variety of colors when they do have stock on ponytails and wigs their colour selections are just not available its a busy location so you think they would replace there stock more often then once every other week I only go in for last min hair emergency's and cross my fingers that they have something other then an afro pony tail in red or blue but they get 1 star because there selection of hair care products are pretty good read more

Very unprofessional. New manager named Denone does not suit beauty supply store standards, he is very rude and disrespectful. The employees working there don't even like working there and do not help you or know about the products it's a mess over there, products never stocked and could never find an employee nor manager on floor to help you. read more

I really, really liked this store. With it being my first time, I immediately felt comfortable about my zero knowledge of wigs. I browsed through the selection of wigs on display and was greeted with a friendly hello by an employee within minutes of my arrival. The employee welcomed any questions ( and I had a lot of them).. I asked if I could try one on and she immediately responded with a "yes, of couse" then handed me a cap. She allowed me the time I needed to see if it was a suitable fit, and she was very helpful in helping me understand how to care for the wig. I finally picked one out from trying on a few, they unfortunately didn't have any new packaged ones left so she offered me a discount if I was ok with purchasing the one on display. I happily accepted it! Very happy with my purchase and helpful service I received. read more

The women that work here look at you like you're ruining their day by walking in. I've been coming here since I was a child and with the exception of one young girl that works there, all of them are reluctant to help you with anything, even the supposed manager. If you can, go to Toronto BSW or independent hair stores where the people that work inside the store actually want to help you find what you need. Not to mention this Clore is lacking options and the prices are astronomical compared to their competitors. read more

Staff is so rude. They don't look at you when they talk to you and if you're a white girl they talk to you like you don't belong there and grill you as if you owe them something. I come here all the time already knowing what I want. Having over 10 bad experiences with the workers, I choose not to speak to them anymore. They're too busy grilling you to ensure no theft that they don't care about any of your questions or concerns. Most of the hair products are already opened which is gross and shouldn't be shelved. I dropped something once so I bent down to pick it up in front of all the China glaze nail polishes and one of those broads suspected that I was hiding opening a nail polish and so she accused me of it and then rudely and abruptly said "don't open the nailpolishes, it says so right there." I was carrying a hairbrush in one hand and a bottle of hair vitamins (which I dropped) in the other, so did I open the nail polish with my feet? Or the power of my mind? Came here FIVE weeks ago to get some hair for crochet braids and found two packs of freetress deep wave with black MOULD growing all over the bags. I used to grow that stuff in bio lab! Gross!! Anyways pointed it out to the manager hoping they would take care of the issue...clearly not because FIVE weeks later as I drop in to get some new freetress hair I see that those same two sketchy looking packs are back on the shelf ready for sale. DISGUSTING. Told the same manager/owner? again and he gave me such attitude....time to call public health since the owners don't care. It's all about $$$$! read more
