Her attitude has been mentioned repeatedly in other reviews, and now I understand why. I brought in five items on Monday and was told I couldn't get them back until Friday. When I asked why, she ignored the question and then said to come back Wednesday, which made no sense. Taking nearly a week to dry clean a small number of items is unreasonable, especially with no clear explanation. No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected. Loyalty clearly means nothing here. I won't be returning!! I am sure the OWNERS are not aware of how she treats customers, it only a matter of time before her attitude destroys this small business!!!!!!!

The best part is if you need a rush job they can usually make it happen. I bring all of my stuff here... like I said it is a bit higher then what I was used to in TX but they have not messed up or lost anything yet! That is worth a ton to me! Some of my wife's stuff has belts that have gotten lost at other places or are just more delicate then your Reg shirts and slacks. Everything I have brought here, and that has been a lot of stuff, has come out perfectly. I'm my opinion that is worth the slightly higher cost!

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

It was middle of August and really freaking hot. They had no AC, and the place was pretty busy. I'm glad they have so many machines, and the machines vary in sizes so that you don't have to use bigger machines if you have a smaller load of laundry to do. The number of machines helped get in and out quickly. I did 6 loads of laundry in around 40 minutes. Just wish the AC was working as the 2 or 3 fans they had setup there were not doing much to keep it cool inside. You can pay with change there, or you can download the app and pay on there. I preferred that option as it was quicker and you didn't have to worry about dropping coins and chasing them. It did seem a little pricey to me, but maybe I just haven't been to a laundromat in a bit.
