They told me it was 'beige' and they put that in their system and they don't make mistakes. Even though they don't deserve their name at all, I took four of my designer scarves to a so-called "professional" cleaners to be cleaned. Each scarf had no more than one or two stains. They called me and asked, "Did you wash your scarves in a washing machine? They're wrinkled." What a ridiculous question--if I were washing them in a machine, why would I even take them to a professional cleaner? They told me they'd do their best to fix the problem and wouldn't charge extra. When I went to pick up my scarves, I asked to see them before paying. I had a reason for this: I had previously taken a white cardigan to them, which I handed over spotless, only to get it back covered in yellow stains. Despite that, I paid for the service. This time, they said I couldn't see the scarves unless I paid first. I refused, saying I wouldn't pay without seeing them. When I finally saw the scarves, I was in complete shock. They all had massive yellow stains, like rust marks, that weren't there when I handed them in. On one scarf, I counted more than 10 stains. I'll share the photos one by one. The white scarf, which was brand new, also had yellow stains. The gray scarf, the oldest one, had no stains when I handed it in. The pink scarf was in the worst condition--covered in so many stains that they had even spread to the fringes, causing them to stick together. The stains were clearly caused by something from their machines--rust or another substance. It was obvious from the condition of the scarves, which you'll see in the photos. Can you believe they weren't even sorry? The owner's words were worse than the condition of my scarves. In front of my children, they accused me of lying. Then they pointed to my children and said that I wasn't raising them properly and that I should set a better example--all while my kids were listening. It was a horrifying experience from every angle. I absolutely do not recommend this business. I will file complaints about them on every platform I can. Their only concern was getting their money, and they got it. Additionally, I'd like to point out that, likely because of their cameras, they were putting on an overly polite act. But if you had heard the way they spoke to me, you wouldn't believe it. What a nightmare! read more

As a new customer, I drove over to drop off some shirts, when I got to the door, a sign says, "Lobby Closed, drive thru only" I get back into my car and drive around back to see 4 cars in line!? Not only did they handle our rush request with complete professionalism, but when a last-minute scheduling conflict meant we needed an even earlier pickup, they adjusted without hesitation. Incredibly rude people do not go to this establishment! We were next-door getting food for 10 minutes leaving our dog in the car with air conditioning on who just had surgery the day before meaning we couldn't leave her at home. Keep in mind the car was left on the whole time and air conditioning was on, she has separation anxiety and an animal can not be brought into a restaurant so we had to leave her. A man proceeds to come outside ready to fight cussing my girlfriend out not even willing to have a conversation, I her boyfriend had to step in to protect her and a lady at the cleaning establishment had to come outside and pull him back inside because of his behavior. I went to the cleaners and dropped off a few items. When the items were ready no itemized receipt is given to me. Just pay this amount. My vest was missing in the clothes, it was brand new never worn , I asked for press only on this piece. I sat down & wrote a note to the lady who runs the cleaners. So I went to drop off a few more items & asked about the vest. A young man got very snappy with me & said there is no vest here. I looked him in the eye & said my vest was here and I did not receive. He got very bothered and raised his voice and said our records show you have no vest here. Why was he so hostile about a vest. And I want to see the itemized prices I spend in the cleaners. Where is my vest. I put a coat in the cleaners , a short black coat with a light lining. When I asked for the receipt it's shows I was charged for a long 3/4 coat with a heavy lining. This place is great. I am a young professional who has to get everything drycleaned. I started going to this place simply by just driving by on my way to work desperate for a place that could dryclean a few shirts within 24 hours. I am now a loyal customer and have been for two years now. They have NEVER missed a deadline or even slightly messed up any of my clothes. If they find a tear or a seam that is loose they usually fix it for free. I also took my wedding dress to them that was COVERED in red clay and they got EVERY single bit of it out. I have also had a few pairs of jeans altered and they did a great job. I trust them with all of my clothing. The only comment that I will make is that they are a little more than other places but considering all if the clothing repairs they have done for free and rush jobs they gave completed with ease, I am happy to pay a few extra cents for superior drycleaning and service. read more

Absolute terrible customer service. My wife dropped off two pairs of expensive pants to get altered and came to pick them up three weeks later. My wife went to go pick up the pants three weeks later and the woman asked her why is she just now coming to get them? She had the audacity to tell my wife that she didn't bring them to her location, that they never wrote down any ticket to have them altered, that we must have taken them elsewhere, that she didn't have time to look for them, and that "young people" are so disrespectful and have no manners. She then tells my wife that she will have to come back the next day after 7 to look through the dry cleaning and try and find it herself. The following day my wife shows up only to see her locking up the store right at 7 and then tells my wife she found the pants, and that will be $18.00. When my wife complained about her poor attitude and lack of customer service, she then complains saying how "young people" expect everything for free and don't appreciate anything. If this was my business, I would have made a better effort to satisfy my customer and after putting them through a terrible experience, I would not have the gall to charge them for a service, especially after accusing them of lying. I will not be returning here and hope everyone reading this understands my concern. This store has the worst customer service and I will make I known to everyone never to go here. read more

I found Professional Dry Cleaners simply by driving by after changing places of employment. The staff is SO friendly and the care they give our clothes is top notch. The price is competitive, but slightly higher than some, however the customer service they offer is worth every penny! They ofter fix minor things such as missing buttons, and torn hems for no extra charge and always hand over our items just as we specify (we're a no seam, no starch family). The alterations are always perfect and timely. I live 45 miles north and still bring my things to them! I recommend them to everyone! read more

I was pleased with their service until they ruined something. That is when they showed their lack of professionalism and customer service. I took in a brand new ($185.00) navy silk blouse that had never been worn. When I picked it up, there were white streaks on the front of the blouse. They would not take responsibility. They said the fabric was defective. This blouse was a very common brand. A professional dry cleaner would have at least sent it to the independent lab ( like DLIO or equivalent) to determine if they were at fault. I just had a horrible interaction with the owner's son. Worst customer service interaction I think I have ever had with any business. Getting dressed one day I notice that one of my cleaned shirts has a big stain on it after regular shirt service, I returned it and they said that they must dry clean it to get the stain out. Ok, no problem, again I am getting dressed and notice that the stain is gone but so is all of the color, there are 3 large bleach spots on the shirt where the food stain had been. Shirt is completely ruined, take it back to them and explain to them what happened and they tell me that there must have been a hidden stain? Never once apologized, the young man went into the register and began to refund me $2.60 for the dry cleaning while I said to him, in the future, you might want to do like other cleaners and put a tag on clothes letting someone know that you tried but the stain would not come out. He took offense and said that I ruined the shirt and wanted to explain further how it was my fault, if he would have just said we are so sorry, I would have been fine and probably had come back but instead he wanted to tell me how everything was my fault. I said don't bother, we are done and started to walk out while he said for me to just go and that I was trying to scam him. First, I never asked for him to pay for anything, he ruined a $60 dress shirt and did not apologize, he offered to pay for the dry cleaning, (not the shirt service that ruined the shirt). When he called me a scammer I lost my cool, turned around and threw his $2. back on the counter and told him that he should learn to watch his mouth. I hope the owners figure out that their son is going to run this business into the ground if they continue to allow him to run this location. I have never been so insulted by a business, this kid is a royal jerk. read more

Done and done. I had been a regular customer of theirs for several years without any issues other than that they charge significantly more than most other dry cleaners. I thought it was worth it for the drive up option which is super convenient. They're awesome.....until you have a problem. I noticed from the last few pickups that my clothes weren't returned in the best condition. Buttons missing from pants, zippers broken, among other issues. In fact, I had a duvet that was ripping at the buttons. They told me they'd repair it for $8 and then only fixed one out of the four spots that needed a hem. I chose not to say anything since it was an easy fix for me as I know how to make simple clothing repairs. But, then they shrunk my pants. I purposely have my pants dry cleaned to prevent the problems that machine washing can cause such as shrinkage and fading. I put my pants on one day and noticed the inseam was much shorter. My pants now came above my ankles. I doubted myself at first thinking that maybe my pants had always been this way. I compared them to another pair of pants I have in the same size made by the same manufacturer. The difference in length wasn't slight. It was off by around 4 inches. I'm tall so losing 4 inches off the hem is a big deal. The weird thing is that the shrinkage was only at the hem. The width of the pants was completely intact. I brought my pants back to them to find out what went wrong. It's the first time I've met the aforementioned owner who has been discussed at length in several other reviews. She insisted the issue was with the manufacturer rather than with her even when I pointed out to her that these pants had been cleaned several times by her without any issue. She also kept saying that these were pants I picked up in November and it was now January. She implied that I could have had them cleaned elsewhere in that time and said the shrinkage was her fault. Why would I do that? Your guess is as good as mine. Her: If pants shrink, the manufacturer is the problem. You tell them they need to refund you the money. Me: But how is a manufacturer at fault when you all have cleaned these before without them shrinking? This should have happened during the first cleaning unless something went awry during your dry cleaning process. Her: We washed them. It says machine wash on the tag. Me: I want all my dress pants dry cleaned. I told you all that during my first visit here and have had you all do that every time I've dropped off clothing. Why the change? Her: Because we do what's on the tag. Me: But I wanted it dry cleaned. Believe me, I'm very good at accidentally shrinking my own clothes at home which is why I bring them here. Her: It's the manufacturer. You call them. They'll work it out for you. You call me and let me know what happens. Obviously, she had absolved herself of any responsibility. A pair of pants of mine were now unwearable after bringing them to a dry cleaner that was supposed to take great care in properly handling them. So I gave them another chance. Why? I guess I enjoy pain. After picking up the clothes, I noticed that my husband's Polo shirt was missing. I called and was very nice about it. I asked if maybe they needed to keep it longer since it had a stain which is why we brought it to a dry cleaner. Her: It's at your house. Me: Huh...what? Her: You never dropped it off. Me: I did. I remember someone pulling it out of my dry cleaning bag when I dropped off my items. Her: It's at your house. Look for it. Me: My husband and I have looked, but it's not here because I dropped it off with you all. Her: I don't have a purple Polo. It's not on your ticket. Me: Except it was blue. Her: I don't have it. Me: Could it have maybe not been included on the ticket on accident? Her: No. You look for it at your house. It's there. You call me and let me know what happens. I give up. This is a person who sees herself as completely infallible, and she's combative when someone says otherwise. Read some of the other reviews, including some of the filtered reviews and reviews on other websites. Losing items is commonplace at this dry cleaner, yet they won't take any responsibility for it. It's never their fault. The blame always lies with someone else. Off to go find another cleaner that takes more pride in customer service! This place is awful. I have gotten a few pairs of pants hemmed and never had a problem until today. I am short and all my pants need to be hemmed so I got a pair of pants hemmed for 14 dollars and when I went home and tried them on they were still too long. I returned the next day to have them fixed. The man who I had picked them up from and a girl were so rude to me and told me I'd have to repay to have them done. They ended up charging me 7 dollars to redo them. I have never in my life been treated so poor or had such awful customer service . I will never go back. read more
