I wish I could give it 0 stars. This laundromat is disgusting. It's filthy and incredibly overpriced with very few available machines. Many that are available are blinking with malfunction errors. I picked hair out of one very small machine (see photo) -- $6 for a little load -- bc nothing better was available. About 10 minutes into the cycle, it malfunctioned. It just stopped and said there was a "communication error." Luckily, I got the door opened and transferred my items to another machine. The floor was already soaking wet - even more so as I struggled to transfer my sodden clothing. I had to pay *another* $6 to start the new machine. THEN it gave me a message stating that I had to insert more money for an "extended wash." I'm assuming bc the clothes weighed so much at this point. There is no in-site attendant and no contact information posted to get money back. I had to try 3 dryers until I found one that worked. By then, I was so frustrated I didn't realize it cost 2x as much as the type I had been trying to use. Machines here cost $6 - $12 per load. Many are broken. There is no attendant and nothing with which to clean counters or floors. It smells like fish paste, cigarette smoke, and cheap, over-fragranced detergent. You would be better off going to the nearest body of water and beating your clothes against a rock. read more

I used one of the Magnum Load washers and put my clothes in. I immediately noticed it wasnt putting water inside the washer. I thought it would fill up later down the line but once i came back from taking a walk, my clothes came out like this. It did not clean them and also took my money which was $11.75. I put it into a second washer and seems to be doing the trick but would like a refund for my first load. read more

This laundromat has gone from great to awful in the last few years! This will be the last time we come here, we've been coming here for over 8 years, today is the final day! Machines are having issues taking CC payments or Apple Pay, the floors are always dirty, wet; slippery; the place is falling apart. The machines have issues dispersing enough water, and the clothes doesn't wash well! It was like that with the old management! The 650 number attached to this is incorrect. I called and they said they sold it. There is no number anywhere in the store to call. I encountered a machine with an issue and might have lost money, but wont know until the credit charges go through. But the main point is there is noone to contact when there is a problem. Update: I was charged for the machine with an issue, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The CC company notified me that they resolved the dispute and refunded the charge. read more

Been coming here for years. I typically park in the rear customer lot. Not the owner decided to lock the rear access door. Likely a egress issue. Reporting to city code enforcement. The rear parking lot was 40% full and front street parking 100% full. I circled the area she couldn't find parking. I left. So I went here because our dryer was busted. I ended up doing a few loads, might as well right. So let's start with the 6 load washers. I used one because it would just knock out 4 loads all in one shot, it's Colors to be specific. I feel that there wasn't enough water during the cycle especially putting in 2 cups of detergent into it. The second thing I've noticed is that the cycle itself. It was very short, the time said 30mins but when I turned around to just check on it it said 20mins!?! Let's be real here it takes more than 30mins to wash 4 loads and this wasn't my first time at a laundromat. Okay next is the small washers that takes 5 quarters. I had a very small load for White's, the part where you put in your quarters did not work and wouldn't take my quarters and would just get stuck. So I ended up using the $2.75 front load washers instead. Rip off number 2! Now for the dryers. For a $1.00 you'll only get about 23min? Seriously rip off number 3. Finally the internet. It's turned off. What I mean by it it's that the wireless modem is turned on cause my phone and iPad picks it up but no Internet. I will be taking pictures and will be posting it so you guys can see. Safe to say I wouldn't be coming back here again. It's a BS of a place to do laundry and the don't even clean the washers. I might have to re wash my clothes after I'm done here. Its always good finding a decent non ghetto looking well maintained laundromat especially with late hours. This place is open till midnight and its very clean . All the washer and dryers work and non are damaged. The place is nice and bright looking also. They also have outlets to charge your phone or laptop while you wait. Prices arent bad either. read more

It's been months since your clock's battery had been changed. It would be nice to know what time it is as customers are waiting for their laundry to be done. Especially if they don't have phones or happen to not wear a watch that day. It's also been months since the hand sanitizer machine has been filled. Lots of people use your laundromat and to have available sanitizer on a regular basis would benefit your customers and the premises. Only giving two stars: 1 because of the hours which benefits folks who don't work a reg 8-5 and 2, because for the most part, the premises is fairly clean. read more

This laundromat is total CRAP! I've been here over ten times and each time I tell myself to find a new laundromat. Today was my final experience with this place. I'd rather wash my clothes by hand. Here's why: 1. They DO NOT use hot water even when hot is selected on the washing machines. (Check this by using a top loader machine - select hot water and start - after a little while open the lid and check the water's temperature) 2. Several of their dryers spin but do not generate heat. I found this out the hard way by putting three quarters in several machines waiting 18 minutes only to find my clothes still wet... 3. They DO NOT offer paper towels or a sink to wash your hands off. FYI laundromat owner when handling bleach and soap we need the ability to wash our hands. 4. The place is generally dirty. Buyer beware. read more

We were on day 5 of an 8 day road trip up the CA coast - I had to walk quite a ways from my hotel with my toddler to do laundry, but I was pleasantly surprised at how decent this place was compared to the other reviews on yelp. Sure it wasn't fancy, but the few other times I've ever needed a laundromat in my life, they have been about the same so I wasn't disappointed! I appreciated the different sizes of machines so I could do all our laundry in one machine. read more

I went to this laundromat place with my mom to wash some clothes and sheets since they were getting a little disty from all the construction of the renovation of our house. I wanted to do some homework while I waited for the clothes to wash so I searched on Google of laundromats with wifi nearby. This place showed up first on the list so I said to mom to check this place out. We arrived at this place and it was pretty clean. Some kids were crying in the earlier part of my stay but there's nothing much you can do there. There's a ton of washers in the laudromat with prices ranging from $3-$9 depending on your size load. So, I tried to log in to the wifi and found out that you need a passcode for it. In my thoughts, I said, " no big deal, it's probably somewhere around the laundromat." Couldn't find a sign regarding a passcode but there was a number to call for any questions or concerns. My mom first called the number and asked for the passcode. The person on the phone gave us the passcode and hung up. We tried to connect to the wifi with the passcode and I couldn't connect. After 5 minutes, I called the number to see if my mom made a mistake. The person gave me the same passcode as my mom and I hung up. I double checked myself to make sure it was correct but still no connection. It would be nice if they had a sign up that displays the passcode so that I can go online and do some homework. Another suggestion for this place would be maybe adding a small table for the seats around the laundromat to put stuff down or doing some work with a laptop. Other than that, this place is not too bad. I would come back to this place but if I have some work to do, I would probably go somewhere else with a reliable wifi spot. read more

Love this place! Come here at least once a week to do my 3-4 loads of laundry!!! Can't really complain about this place because I go here to clean my clothes! It gets the job done! I don't socialize cause it's not a socializing place when you wanna just get you clothes washed! The place would be a little cleaner if people using this place would actually clean up after themselves. (What's wrong with people now days just leaving their trash every where. And then they wonder why things aren't nice or clean!) I don't sit around on the inside, though there is sitting, cause it's not a lounge. Plus, in between washing and drying there's a good 20-40 mins! There lots of shops near by to visit in the mean time. I usually sit in my cozy car and read or yelp! There is also parking in the back with a back entrance. And the hours are wonderful. Open early. Close late! I see the owner here has really improved this place over the last few months so give it a second chance! read more

Not great. Someone else had mentioned a lack of sitting space and that is very much the case. There's only a limited number of overpriced top load washers which are now $2.50, then the next step up is the still overpriced slightly larger side loaders at $2.75 (which, to be honest, will surprise me if my clothes get completely washed), then it's all down hill and up in price from there. 6 minutes for a quarter, you've gotta be kidding me. We're not in San Francisco. Doubtful I will come back. 2 stars and not 1 because it is clean. read more

Never thought I'd be writing a review on a laundromat. I must say the management for this bubble line has restored my faith in humanity. Last week my heart sank when I kept feeding quarters into the $3 washing machine and in my bleary eyed jet-lagged state, did not notice until much later I wasn't being credited by the machine. A call to the phone number posted on site, and in a few days, I receive my money back. Thank you for your prompt follow through...you have a happy repeat customer here! read more
