However, I decided to extend my search to other cities and found this gem. Kim asked questions to make sure my needs were met for specific clothing pieces. She was happy to accommodate with my work schedule come time for pickup and she's just so lovely to speak with. All my clothes came out nicely and very clean. I can tell they take great care of each item that comes in. I thought that each piece was priced fairly for the quality in care and consideration! There is street parking, but I usually end up parking around the neighborhood, so keep in mind you'll need to find a spot a bit of a walk away. I'm…read morevery petite with super short little arms and need everything g shortened and/or hemmed, e.g. a midi is super long and a midid ends up being a maxi. These people are fantastic! I loved interacting with them, the woman very engaging personable warm and friendly. I took a dress where I needed the arms shortened by 6" and though that might not seem like such a hard task, the fabric was very fine mesh with a slip underlay--a two piece attached dress, and I was doubtful that they could pull it off. I took it in with a lot of trepidation, apprehensive that they'd tell me it couldn't be down. Well, I'll be damned if she wasn't super confident that it was not problem at all. I picked it up a week later, and voila! It was perfect, looked as good as the original with a slight flare to the fabric. They have a special machine for this type of work. I have now found my go-to place for all things dry clean or laundered or altered. They're in downtown SM and I think there's parking garage nearby if you can't get street. Prices are reasonable.

I hadn't worn my tux or very expensive Brioni suit in a decade. When I tried them on I was extremely embarrassed that I could not get them on as time had fattened me. Faced with renting a tux and maybe buying one and a new suit, J's rescued me BIG time. Their work was spectacular. Both fit perfectly now.
