Welcome to a laundromat Hell scape. The place is poorly organized as far as layout, employees could…read morenot look more miserable with their jobs, so many machines not functioning at all, and the place is overall pretty grubby. I think the most frustrating part is the clientele unfortunately is comfortable with leaving washed clothes in the washing machine while they do other hordes. About a third of the washers are full, actually over full with clothes that have been sitting for at least 30 minutes? Frustrating. Anyway, it's not too expensive and it was not in a dangerous neighborhood so there's that. I will not be back.

Now the floor is littered on a weekday morning with toothpicks, wrappers, dirt, lint, etc. The washing machine was of good quality, but the inside of the soap dispenser was caked with many layers of old powdered and liquid soap. Instead of cleaning, the attendant was outside, talking to a friend who was seated in her car, or on her phone at the desk. What a shame. Who likes a dirty laundromat?

Almost like you had touched down on a foreign planet. Most laundromats are empty, you never have a clue who actually works there and no one acknowledges your presence, but at Courtesy you are greeted as soon as you walk in the door. The people there are friendly and ready to help. They even help when you are having trouble with a big load or just explaining the set-up. Really impressed. Washers/Driers: 5/5 - Not old, powerful and easy to use. Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5 - Big folding tables, some seating and usually cartoons playing for the kids (not that I have any but that's nice).

I quickly located a front loading small washer and was able to use my debt card and save my change. The dryer also accepted debt cards. There is plenty of chairs and folding tables around so you aren't on top of one another.

They've also got new reliable, change machines and ATM however, one thing to note is that the drying time went down to five minutes for a quarter so it takes a lot more money to dry. Still is my only choice to go to do laundry.

The young lady was minding her business but still keeping everything very neat and in order there were no complaints during my time and there's laundry soap for purchase. It's open 24 hours, but there isn't an attendant overnight. But my experience is the attendants are helpful and friendly when they're there. There are a variety of well-maintained machines in different sizes and styles (front load vs. top load) that should be able to accommodate most needs. The larger machines are priced a bit higher though. They're easily set and paid via credit card with an app or there is an ATM and change machine on site if you prefer the coin op method. Price is the same either way. There are plenty of tables and chairs available for folding, sorting, waiting, etc. There are also a few wheeled basket carts that can help with moving stuff around and include a bar for hanging items. Snack and drink machines are available as well as a few crane machines if you get hungry, thirsty, or bored. But the washers and dryers are pretty quick, so you shouldn't need to make a meal out of it. The prices seem a little higher than I might have expected, but the entire experience is also much nicer than I expected. So, it feels worth it. I don't go to laundromats regularly, and don't have much to compare to. All I can say is that this exceeded my expectations and I actually enjoy coming here when I have the need.
