Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable on the many options and what we were looking for. The service plan we added with the price match and delivery gives us 5 yrs of coverage for less than the total we would have paid in a big box store near our house. It will be delivered with water hook up in 3 days and very easy to schedule. They also haul away the old fridge. I highly recommend Sorensen Appliance in Geneva, MN! When you spend over a $1000 on a washer it should work more than 12 months, and if it breaks should be repaired quickly.

The installers arrived on time and were somehow able to install both washer and dryer into our tiny "closet" utility room, which previously had a stacker type of washer/dryer from 1985. We have had no trouble at all with either unit - both installed perfectly and running beautifully (every day since purchase!). The installers were professional and personable, and we could tell this work was something they had a lot of experience with. This past week we were helped on the showroom floor by Deb, who advised us on our options replacing our microwave, gave us the pluses and minuses of various models, and we picked the perfect one for us. Again, the installers (different pair of guys) were on time, professional, friendly, and only took a few minutes to install - amazing! Both pairs of installers called beforehand to give us the heads-up, which we really appreciate. We will return for a new fridge and range soon!
