Lisa was very friendly and knowledgeable on the many options and what we were looking for. The service plan we added with the price match and delivery gives us 5 yrs of coverage for less than the total we would have paid in a big box store near our house. It will be delivered with water hook up in 3 days and very easy to schedule. They also haul away the old fridge. I highly recommend Sorensen Appliance in Geneva, MN! It's a smaller location but they make great use of the space. Large TVs line the walls and no space is wasted with the appliances on the floor. They seemed to have all of the popular brands. The few prices that I noticed seemed to be similar to online prices, and it's nice to actually see and touch before you buy. I haven't made up my mind yet but I'm sure I'll be back, at least for a second look.

The installers arrived on time and were somehow able to install both washer and dryer into our tiny "closet" utility room, which previously had a stacker type of washer/dryer from 1985. We have had no trouble at all with either unit - both installed perfectly and running beautifully (every day since purchase!). The installers were professional and personable, and we could tell this work was something they had a lot of experience with. This past week we were helped on the showroom floor by Deb, who advised us on our options replacing our microwave, gave us the pluses and minuses of various models, and we picked the perfect one for us. Again, the installers (different pair of guys) were on time, professional, friendly, and only took a few minutes to install - amazing! Both pairs of installers called beforehand to give us the heads-up, which we really appreciate. We will return for a new fridge and range soon!

Bomgaars has a nice store but I have big issues with this place…read more 1. Many items not marked with prices! I asked at the checkout why I cannot find prices. The employee at the register said they are bad at it. 2. They stopped stocking the chicken Science Diet cat food. I bought it by the case. When I do find it on the shelf, there are only 1 - 2 cans and they are all dented. The last one I opened was all moldy. I changed brands and shop somewhere else for it now. 3. The garden plants outside are not watered and they are fried to a crisp. 4. The female employee that runs the first register. I am usually at Bomgaars 10 times a month. I go to the register to check out. Not once have I been able to check out in her lane. She tells me to go to the other lane every time! So I have to pick everything up and move. 5. The candy is hard and seems old. 6. I bought a bucket for the bucket sales at least 9 months ago and was told there are frequent bucket sales. I haven't seen my first one yet! 7. This store caters to men. I cannot find a woman's shoe/boot area! Only men's and kids. Wives do most of their family's shopping. Your store has seemed to have forgotten that! I'm done shopping at Bomgaars.
