Went here on a weekend night , wanted to look for a place close to home rather than driving to the city. And to my surprise it was dead , you walk into a small smoke shop type area. And when walked into the back no one came and took our " order " rather they went to several other tables before and were served their hookah , we finally flagged down a gentleman to put our order in . My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here. We were seated fast even though there was a bit of a crowd enjoying the outdoor seating. The waitress was knowledgeable and assisted us in helping us pick out the flavors. There is a one drink minimum which is customary amongst the hookah lounges I've been to. The service and hospitality was top notch. The hookah came out within 10 minutes and was the best quality hookah I've ever had. They give disposable hoses with each hookah which I had never seen before and immediately loved that idea. The coals were changed regularly and ourhookah was never harsh and smoke was always strong. Fair prices as well. They played a mix of music with Middle Eastern music and some recent Hip-Hop and R&B as well. I really liked when the more American music was being played. Just a very good ambiance and atmosphere. We have found our new hookah spot for sure and I've never even been inside, which looked really nice from what I could see. read more

Came to this location while in town visiting. Read some reviews before making our selection, but the staff and the facility were quite nice. But if you are looking for more of a hip hop feel for your hookah choice...this may not be the location for you. A perk is that it is BYOB and does play music. This is def. Updating my review from one star to five stars! After the re opening of the lounge, we stopped by again. cloud 9 didn't disappoint. When we entered, we were greeted by a friendly server seated us wherever we wanted to be seated. Then when we had questions about the menu the owner came out and gave his own personal time to explain every single flavor that was on the menu. The vibe and decorations are very contemporary an update. It was a nice place to hang out and have a good smoke. They have very exotic and House made flavors there as well. Visited this place today and it had a good ambience, not much of a crowd, but enjoyed the cigar selection. Tried their Acid blondie cigar, had a sweet taste with the tobacco punch, just how a girl like it. Bought one for the road!!Will surely go back with a bottle of wine/ beer . My go-to place for hookah in the area. Disappointed they don't have food even though pasha is right next door, wish they had appetizers available. Love that is byob. The flavors are great and the staff is attentive. Always come here with my boyfriend or our group of 5-6 friends. Love the decoration, great for watching games, good music, super comfortable seating. Honestly at this place you're only paying for the ambience. It's nicely furnished and what not but people are mainly coming here for the hookah and that was a total disappointment. Couldn't taste the flavor and they use plastic pipes! The pull of the hookah was terrible and was not smooth at all. Customer service also very poor. When asking about the flavors the worker didn't have much knowledge. I couldn't help but compare this place to Maya hookah lounge since that's probably the best one around here and wanted to see if this place can live up to it. Maybe if they make better hookahs and have friendly customer service I might come back but as of now I see no reason of ever coming here at all. This place has the most ridiculous "policies" I have ever heard of. We were a party of ten. They required us to purchase 4 hookahs among ten people or else they would charge a "seating fee" for each person in the party regardless of whether they were smoking or not. The seating fee is apparently because they are losing out on business to serve other customers who would be purchasing more. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. The kicker was the fact that the place is BYOB, but they charge to get an EMPTY GLASS. They charge $3 for each glass so it costs 30 bucks just for a party of ten to drink the bottle of wine they pay for and bring in. The owner claims it costs $1 for the business to purchase the glass and $1 to wash it so in order to keep their business afloat, they need to charge $3 for the glass. LOL. I am all for supporting a small business and was excited for a local hookah spot, but I will never return. No customer service from the owners whatsoever. The waitress however was wonderful. read more

I visited Cloud 9 last Saturday. The environment and staff were great. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised to hear modern hip hop and r&b music. Cloud 9 was very clean and the hookah was great and last very well! The staff was very attentive and the prices were great. My only recommendation would be, that Cloud 9 make use of dimmer lights or colored lights. Dimmer/ colored lights would have made the vibe better especially since we were there pretty late at night. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend for people to try it out. I will be returning! read more
