They took them in the back and tested them and said they wouldn't replace them because they "still work" even though that's not my issue. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, they then gave me a free battery to use them. (The only good thing to come from this) I pre heated the carts as needed, and they taste like pencil shavings. Worst quality ever, & their battery burns them on the lowest pre heat setting, waste of time and money. I get the same exact brand from OG Collective for 3$ more. AND, they don't give me any BS about replacements, actually stand by their word, and they've never tasted like a #2 pencil.

That said, they have the cheapest dabs and edibles ($5) around and lots of sale days if you're ever a little strapped. Lastly, they're a small mom + pop shop with another location in Corvallis. My only complaint is to do with the city planning of Pacific Blvd. A weird intersection down the road can make turning in difficult if there's traffic, but it's easy to make a loop if you need.
