We got 3 cartridges and were told we had a month to bring them back if they were faulty. One was perfect, the other two are actually smaller threads so they come off the battery. They took them in the back and tested them and said they wouldn't replace them because they "still work" even though that's not my issue. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, they then gave me a free battery to use them. (The only good thing to come from this) I pre heated the carts as needed, and they taste like pencil shavings. Worst quality ever, & their battery burns them on the lowest pre heat setting, waste of time and money. I get the same exact brand from OG Collective for 3$ more. AND, they don't give me any BS about replacements, actually stand by their word, and they've never tasted like a #2 pencil.

I asked the budtender why he said so you can buy 2 to make a half . That's not okay its outright greed . Beware yalll doin shrink elation at both locations in Corvallis... Green room has a better quality and a whole oz for cheaper than HQ . DISSAPOINTED HQ!!! Lost my business for sure!!!!
