Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. I had a fantastic surprise when I saw Granny Fi's shortbread! I had seen her at multiple events in Washington and was delighted to find her at the market--my kids were delighted to get some shortbread and millionaire bars outside of the summer events! Such a great selection of items, many allergy friendly choices and, so so so so so many dogs. It was glorious.

We're regular customers at their stand at the Saturday Farmers Market at PSU. Over the past several years we've been very pleased with their all of their produce, particularly their berries, bell peppers, and eggplant. Today their stand featured a huge, inviting mound of red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers. Couldn't resist. Really colorful display. Some of the best peppers in the market.

For the price, we expected something more thoughtful and higher quality. The space itself feels like it's still figuring out its identity. "Collective Market" suggests something cohesive, but inside it feels more like a collection of random items -- though to be fair, the wine bottle selection is solid. We love the vibe this place could have, and we really want to keep supporting it. We just hope to see more care and attention go into the food and overall direction -- especially considering how great their sister location, Decadent Creations Bakery, is.
