I walked in to get my mani/pedi yesterday with no appointment and told it would be a 15 to 30 minute wait, it was very busy. I agreed, sat down and picked my colors. DiDi enthusiastically and happily greeted me, apologized for my wait and I followed her back. She is new to the salon and I have to tell you I had an excellent experience with Didi at cloud nine! I didn't feel rushed, she graciously asked how I was and gave a great leg massage too btw. Been to them a few times but this was my last. Booked a same day appointment, they told me 3p. Arrived and was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. I patiently waited. The receptionist then sat me in the pedicure chair at about 3:40, turned the water on 8 min later but didn't know how to turn the jets on. So I'm just floating my feet in the water for an additional 5 min. Pedicure starts and I'm still not too annoyed giving I did make a same day appointment. I got gel-x on my nails (on the phone they asked for my preference of nail tech I specifically said very experienced). As he's starting my nails he puts on my thumb nail which has bubbles under and especially around the cuticle area, I make him aware stating if the application is done correctly my nail will lift in a short amount of time. He states no, it's fine nothing will happen, I tell him 2 more times that I know in fact it isn't fine and if something does happen I'm coming back for a refund. I then proceeded to take a photo of said nail for proof of application, only then did he take my nail off and redo it. I also showed him a photo of the french I wanted, very basic and not a "deep french" they always upcharge for. After doing the french multiple times incorrectly I got annoyed and sent me to another tech, who was rude and giving the vibe like I was asking for too much or being difficult. After the off putting experience I ask to speak to the manager and explain everything. She then calls over the rude 2nd tech, and they both brush it off claiming she was nervous because I wasn't happy the first time (no excuse for lack of customer service). Then the tech starts talking crazy about me to the customers behind me waiting to pay, and laughing. I turn to the manager and ask her if she doesn't see the problem and the lack of customer service?! She brushes it off and tells me to pay, and I ask for something to be taken off (for the blatant lack of customer service, the amount of time past my appointment I had to wait, and the result of me missing another appointment I had bc they CLEARLY didn't know how to do said service- Gel-X nor a basic french in a reasonable time). She looked me dead in my face and said the service was done so I needed to pay full price. I responded and asked if she went out to eat and had a rude server, had to send the food back to get it corrected wouldn't she expect for the manager to make it right given her experience was trash. No answer of course lol, then spoke in their language to the receptionist and agreed to 10%($5 off) SMH. This is exactly y I will not be coming nor will my daughters. It's not even about messing up my nails, it's about the lack of customer service and understanding especially when I'm paying for something. Who doesn't want their nails exactly how they showed or want at least a great customer service experience despite a mix up or long wait. Shows anyone in there is just money and they don't value a true customer experience as they claim. And to top this entire experience, the said nail is STILL lifting after only 8 days since I got them done. Also recorded this entire encounter after he kept saying my nail was fine, in case they try and dispute the incident. What's really unfortunate for me, they definitely won't give me a refund despite my nails still ending up trash. $130 down the drain. If ALL your techs can't do a service properly just tell a customer you don't have availability that day, instead of being money hunger booking me with someone who doesn't know proper application SMH. I went in yesterday for a gel nail manicure on my natural nails. Bill was my tech and he was nice and he did a good job with the shape. But couple of my nails have bubbles and the polish is not smooth. I'm not sure if I'll go back. If I'm paying $47 (tip included) I except a smooth and clean gel polish. read more

My first time here. I made a same day appointment, I called that I was running 5 min late [the road work was not helping]. I waited over 10 min in the chair for someone to begin my pedi. They started another customers before mine and they arrived after me with the same appointment time. Did slightly throw me off initially but after the service was good. Everyone was so friendly. They offered drinks. I saw a variety of different drinks. From Pepsi to water. The place is very clean and organized. Loved the decor and set up. They have a variety of gel colors - give yourself time to look through them. They were booked and busy! I would recommend booking in advance and arriving early. If you book same day be prepared to wait for your nail tech who may have to multitask. Very professional and friendly staff. I appreciated the detail and service. My toes look and feel great. Disappointed and disrespected -- I won't be returning. I gave this place a second chance, only to leave even more disappointed and upset. I got my nails done on Saturday, but they were uneven in both length and shape. By Tuesday, one nail had already started chipping. I returned today (Wednesday) around 3 PM to explain the issue and ask for a fix. When I asked to speak with a manager, a woman wearing a black KN95 mask claimed to be the manager for the day but refused to give her name. She had short brown hair styled in a half ponytail. She told me the technician who did my nails wasn't in and that I should come back tomorrow. I explained I couldn't return the next day and politely asked if another tech could fix the nail in the meantime. Instead of trying to help, she became rude and argumentative. No one came in until about 3:20 PM, and that customer was just a walk-in. They clearly had time to assist me, but I was treated with complete disrespect. She raised her voice and behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. Another technician eventually stepped in and fixed the issue quickly and professionally -- something that could've been done from the start without all the unnecessary drama. First impressions means everything to me. My first visit their my appointment was at 9 AM. Several of us were waiting outside because they weren't open on time. They opened late. Therefore everyone's appointment was late. No apologies, no discount. Nothing said. Three days later, they started to have stress cracks throughout each nail (my nails are natural) so I decided not to go back. I would not recommend this place. I really only stopped here for maybe 20 minutes max desperate to find someone who could remove my dip as it had started to crack. The 20 minutes I spent here ended up being very pleasant and I left the salon with minimal damage to my natural nails! I wish I had caught the tech's name but she was so wonderful to talk to and kept asking me to let her know if the drill was burning which was such a pleasant surprise! I'm gonna preface this was saying that I am not someone who gets my nails done frequently. I saw the now open signs out front and figured I would give them a call and see if they had any appointments available. I got a gel manicure done and a regular pedicure. The space itself is very clean the chairs comfortable, and the pedicure stations had the massage feature that you would expect. They had a variety of colors available, and I ended up going with a light purple on my fingers and a dark blue on my toes. The reason that I don't frequently get my nails done is that I'm very tough on them. I will get them done and then today for example ended up doing small engine repair on my Tractor. The reason that I decided to post this though was the fact that after doing small engine repair normally my gel nails would have definitely chipped. I asked how can I help you as soon as I walked in which was very pleasant. I went in for a pedi. The pedi was okay nothing special. I requested white gel on my toes. First of all she had white nail polish everywhere on my big toes. The polish was very messy. I asked her to fix it several times and she tried to fix it with no luck. She cut my toe nail uneven which couldn't be fixed. Woke up this more and my gel polish is chipped. I didn't pay an extra $20 for gel for it to be chipped. I told her that I had called earlier, she said that I did'nt. I reply yes I did, look at my cell and is this your number. then she said oh yes, I remember now. that call was to asked her for the hours and their exact location in the shopping center. I clearly told her that I will be there. she never made it clear that I needed an appointment. I told her that this is unprofessional for her not to take me after I waited to be acknowledge and especially after I called. For a new business this nail salon is the absolute worth when it comes to customer service. It was 5:30 Pm when I enter. After I complain, I was told to wait until 6:30 PM, I sit there for a few minutes then I made a decision to walk out and will never return back. who need who? Why treat customers bad and especially a new business there in my neighborhood . Go to school for a customer service diploma not a degree. It takes just a few minutes to be nice.
