Came in here an hour ago and purchased a expensive disposable vape for $25. I charged it, just blinks and does not work. After one hour called and asked for a replacement. They would not refund. I'm a huge fan absolutely love this place! But I went there tonight I mind you I understand coming in 5 minutes before close that is horrible. I work in a restaurant I get it. But also I'm a regular there & I just wanted to get my pop mango disposable e cig. I pull in at 11:55 & the guy at the register looks at my car, turns the open sign off right near him. Then walks around & turns the other open sign off. I mind you, y'all close at 12 & it's still 11:56 now & then locks the door. My boss would be livid at me if I turned a guest away at 8:59 when we close at 9... I just felt very unwelcome especially making sure I come to cloud 9 for all my needs. I purchased a butane torch from them for $20 that they recommended. When i tried it the flame was huge and the adjustment didn't really help. I called to ask if there was an air adjustment and was told no, there's only the butane slide adujstment. I told him that didn't solve the problem at all. He told me "Sorry there's nothing we can do to help. have a nice day" and hung up. I've spent hundreds of dollars in this store and will never return. Cyclops in Jasper is much friendlier and more helpful. This store has good products but rotten employees. read more

Just bought a medicali water pipe from them. They gave me a great deal and they had excellent service.

This place is way over priced and ran by a bunch of kids! If you want to spend 100% more for something, go see them. Also they sold me a crappy vape, talking highly about it, but broke in a few days. Customer service sucks! read more

Look ive never been one for complaints but my recent visit was entirely unnaceptable, at this canton location i made a simple purchase of tfv12 coils, i opened and installed on my mod at the store, all 3 coils were duds and fell apart in the tank itself, staff and all saw this, when i told them they were like that sucks wanna buy another one... like seriously?? Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy from this site. This company is so in organized I feel like I'm buying glass from a 12 year old. I placed an order on 7/10 for a Naby glass bucket set and sherb dabber and got the order confirmation but the package detail said "awaiting fulfillment". Trying to get in contact with someone took a couple days. Now as the 11th day just passed by since my order has been placed and the money drawn from my account the owner told me that he can't find either or the 2 products I ordered and then refunded me before I could answer. Long story short this company is so unprofessional I would give it 0 stars. Takes them 11 days to tell me that they sold what I ordered in the first place and that it was refunded. Now I didn't even ask for a refund on it I wanted them to ship a different color bucket and dabber that was the same price but nope it's "too late" for me to get anything with out spending more of my money. On the vape side. Not the best shop around. Nobody knows any thing. An the owner is never present at any of his 4 locations. An everything they sell is clones. Even the Aspire brand (at which they sell at authentic prices) An most of everything purchased besides batt's and RDA's. You have to fight to return. As it is usually broke and malfunctioning when purchased. The only decent thing is the e liquid. If they ever order it. read more
