bought a "20,000 puff" disposable from Vapors Emporium Thursday around 6pm. By Sunday night, barely 72 hours later, the vape was completely burnt out. Anyone who regularly uses these knows a 20,000 puff disposable should last at least a week or two, not three days. I called the shop assuming it would be an easy exchange since the device was clearly defective. The owner's response was simply that he's "not Walmart" and there was nothing he could do. That pretty much tells you everything about how they handle customer issues. If you're going to sell $30 disposables that fail in 72 hours and refuse to stand behind them, people are going to take their business elsewhere. The selection is limited, the product quality clearly isn't reliable, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I stop by after Wednesday's treatments at a near by oncologist / hematologist office. Either looking for a new non nicotine juice or more cbd oil. Found out today they will no longer carry the cbd oil I buy. Cbd oil replaces about 6 of my daily pills. Hate to have to stop elsewhere since it's on my way home. Being someone who just moved from California where CBD oil is so easy to find, this store is a Godsend. I was a medical cannabis patient back home in California and this place has products to help me with my arthritis, PTSD, and anxiety. Customer service is great; I was acknowledged right upon walking in and assisted immediately. I was surprised that they had a pretty good variety of CBD products that I'm familiar with in my home state. I love that they carry Select products which is an awesome brand. The prices were right on with what Select charges on their website except no need for me to pay for shipping or wait for my product to arrive in the mail. I am a grandmother of 8 and i don't even vape. I go there when my son is to busy just to help him out or thats what i tell everybody. lol. but honestly, i really enjoy going in there because of how awesome the guys that work there are.These guys knows there stuff when it comes to the vaping world.I haven't had a bad experience there yet.But most of all i am very proud of the guy that owns the place. He is a hard worker and he took a huge step trying to open a new business right here in town. I believe hes got a good head on hid shoulders and hes going to do very good. Always like to come here to see what they have in terms of vape equipment. Their selection is usually rather extensive and they also have a nice variety of juice. Pricing has a tendency to be a little on the high side but otherwise its a pretty good shop. read more

It has the basics but it's not a 100% vapor shop. There is a good bit of paraphernalia for sale as well as incense. The juice is mediocre; you can get the same stuff for cheaper at other stores. Really the only reason I go here is because it's open until 10:00 read more

Being new to vaping I get very nervous about going into vape shops. I had noticed Vapors Emporium weeks ago, as it's very close to where I work. Last week, while at work, I realized I was nearly out of juice so I built up some courage & decided to give Vapors Emporium a try. I'm so glad I did! I have been in the store twice now and each time I have been greeted by friendly, helpful people. Helpful, but not pushy, which is the way I like it. They have an amazing selection of juice, as well as anything else you'd need for vaping. I absolutely love the way they have the testers set up. The vape shop I had been going to before had it set up where in order to try a juice out you had to ask the clerk to get it for you from the back, and they put it in a start up kit type vape (which are awful, can barely get a hit from it), so it's hard to taste the flavor. Plus I always felt bad asking the employee to keep getting flavors of juice to try. Vapors Emporium has a test station set up with signs explaining what the flavors are in each juice as well as pricing, they give you a regular mod, get yourself a plastic tip (which are individually wrapped) and you're free to try as many as you'd like! Before Vapors Emporium I had only found 1 flavor that I liked. Not the case with Vapors Emporium! I found a ton of juices I love! While checking out I happened to mention that my tank (which wasn't bought in a vape shop) leaks a lot and Scott, who I believe is the owner or manager, took the time (without me asking him to) to take a look at it himself. I can't say enough about this place, and it's staff! Excellent customer service, as well as excellent products! Definitely my new permanent vape shop! read more

I've frequented most of the vape shops in the area and this shop is by far my favorite. All of the shops have been solid, but this shop goes above and beyond normal service. The owner and staff are super knowledgeable and they stand behind their products. read more
