I also purchased a three-for-five dollar deal and was given three of the same flavors by mistake. I had to turn around to go back to exchange them only to get greeted like I was trying to do some shady deal or something. The not very helpful employee (if he was my employee I've fired him) announced that he didnt know how that could happen since he did put in three different flavors. Was I lying? I brought the three in that I'd just purchased ten minutes ago. They sure know how to make a customer feel like crap.

My girlfriend has been there twice and had problems with them trying to sell her crap she doesn't want or need and also closing the shop before posted hours, presumably to lock the store up and hustle off and pat each other on the back as they blow "sick clouds bro". I've been vaping a little longer than her so I decided to give it a shot. They wouldn't let me drip the flavors I wanted to try as they said it was against the law??? I've been to every shop in the Greater Cleveland area and I always drip. If you don't want to waste your 0 nic horse shit, I suggest getting more than crappy stick e-cigs as testers, maybe move up to a tank tester so I can actually get 1/2 the flavor profile. Whenever I go to a shop I always end up buying a decent amount of products and come back often so you're losing out on a good customer that would promote your business. There are waaaaaaaaay better shops in the area skip this one imo

The manufacturer is a small Chinese company with no website or phone number listed. After I brought this to their attention they basically said "sorry". I didn't see a no refunds or exchanges policy, or an "all sales are final" sign, but maybe I missed it. 60 dollars just lost them a twice a month customer. If you have to shop here, make sure you only buy consumable, non returnable merchandise, or you risk losing your money.
