Vitrum is now All Smoke. All Smoke is a really friendly Vape shop. I really enjoy going there and buying my vapes there.

First time today. 11/10/23 Two thumbs up on service. Walked in tonight and both guys were super helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. Greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave great recommendation on other papers. Huge selection on all your needs. Definitely new spot to shop. It's like a Christmas store, lol. Vitrum Smoke Shop in North Olmsted is NOTHING like it was. Shut down for 8 weeks for code violations!! Owner refuses to pay 3 weeks of payroll, refuses to return belongings that are in his storage locker, disposed of a motorcycle that wasn't his!! To say they treated employees poorly is giving them credit. Store inventory wasn't being replenished so the store looked empty. Customers weren't able to get what they needed and proceeded to go elsewhere. Most prices are on the high end. There is dust gathering cleaning isn't important anymore. Shame on you Vitrum, you need a class on dealing with people in a positive way. Oh you need to refresh your knowledge of what minimum wage is as well. Personal opinion they made a bad decision when they chose to screw over good employees! Who else would deal with a crazy stalker wife calling all the time! My recommendation is to go to Olmsted Smoke Shop by Taco Bell, they are respectful, law abiding, clean, and will go above and beyond to help each and every customer they encounter. There isn't a Vitrum I've been in that doesn't have some sort of problem. Maybe it's time to try something else. I know I will not be going back and everyone I talk to has agreed and is going to follow me to Olmsted, where there is an amazing staff and an outstanding selection. I went in a couple weeks ago to look for a Delta cartridge for my 510 pen. I found a product that I liked, and when I asked the clerk questions about the product, they gave me an attitude and pushed a different product on me that wound up being extremely inferior. It tasted terrible and made me sick. Not to mention the dang thing exploded and it completely ruined my pen. So I'm out 30 something bucks for buying a piece of junk cartridge and out another 50 because it ruined my device. I will never set foot in this place again. Disgusting customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Until last week, they carried Delta 8 carts. Those were $26.99 and lasted a week. Weds I go in and they've replaced those with disposable that costs $16 MORE AND YOU ONLY GET 1/3 of the product.
