I went in on June 22nd at 6:55pm to purchase caliburn a3s pods. I always buy them here about 2x a month. The guy tried to tell me they only had half a box (2 pods) in stock. I know from a previous experience here that they actually have a large amount of these in stock up on the top shelf. I explained this to the guy and he said those are not it when I pointed them out. I could see he was becoming agitated which I found odd. He did pull one box that I pointed out down and sure enough I was right. He set the box of pods down I picked it up to be sure it was correct. He snatched it out of my hand so I asked him "did you not see I was trying to look at that when you snatched it out of my hand" he replied aggressively that he couldn't believe I would "reach across the counter" and he then raised his voice and asked me if I would do tgat at a bank over and over. He was breathing heavy and shaking. I then asked if I could just pay for my pods. He rang me up and I asked him if he was okay he said I'm fine I just can't believe you thought you could reach over the counter. I paid and apologized for upsetting him he then raised his voice again and tried to start an argument about it. I did not argue I left. I will argue here, I was not at a bank. I was purchasing an item at a store and I wanted to be sure the ohms were correct so I picked it up to read it. You snatching it from me constitutes assault. You sir are lucky I didn't go that route. By grace I will let this one slide. I think you were having problems today before I ever came in the store. I'll chalk your behavior and demeanor up as I caught you at a bad time. However you should not be allowed to treat customers that way ever, regardless of what your going through. You never know what someone else has been or is going through. I'll remember you and this encounter. I should also note the blonde woman sat present helping another customer and they both witnessed the entire encounter. Neither said a word. I emailed the owners at 2 different email addresses, I reached out to them on Facebook and have been ignored. read more

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Last time they tested four batteries and my mod letting me know I did not need to replace it.

What a place! Even though the 10am opening is a little late for me, they stay open later so that people that work till 5 or 6pm have a chance to grab a shower and head in to get their supplies. The people are nice, friendly, and well educated on their supplies. That always helps with new vapers and/or new supplies. Apple Pay is a great addition as well. The only thing I had to touch (during this pandemic) is the door to get in, and my vape juice that I purchased. When they have the door open, you only touch what you've bought. These guys sold me a defective disposable vape. I couldn't get a hit off of it and I remembered the store clerk telling me sometimes you have to preheat it in order to get one. I did that and ultimately the oil came up and out of the pen and into my mouth. YUCK! I brought the defective pen back to the store and the employees blamed me for pre heating it "too much". They said they can't replace it and instead gave me instructions on how to operate the device in the future in order to avoid this defect. They insisted that the product was not defective and rather the leak was my fault. This is strange because I have already gone through 4 of the same exact disposable pen with no issues. When I tried to explain that the product was in fact defective, the person helping me got upset and began speaking in a condescending tone. If the device requires specific instructions to avoid a defect they should inform the customer of that at the time of purchase, rather than after the defect is realized. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. read more

The prices and choices are amazing for a local store. I was amazed at how much they have in stock. We are a little spoiled to have such a great store in Marion, IN, I feel they don't even have stores this good in the bigger cities.
