They took all my information, said they would call me a couple days before surgery to go over info such as how to find the companion at the hospital (since I did not need transportation), and said they would call pre-admission a couple days before surgery to confirm there were no changes to the schedule. I never heard from them again, no option to leave voicemail, no response to email. I can't overstate the complications and distress this caused the weekend before and the day of surgery as I came to realize they had no intention of showing up or even telling me they weren't going to show up.
