I filled out BabyGear Boston's google form one evening and Erin responded to me the very next morning. A couple emails and I had a car seat rental squared away. At $25 and with a choice between two well rated options, I was very happy. Pick-up and drop-off were informal and convenient. I would (and likely will) use this service again.
