Great storytelling about revolutionary events, like the Boston Massacre, and the Boston Tea Party. He also helped debunk the Paul Revere story and gave credit to the riders that actually helped alert the town. Navigating the car noise, traffic signals, and competing tour groups was tricky in the sometimes-narrow cobblestone streets, so he deserves credit for keeping the group intact. He was also one of only a couple of tour guides that actually dressed the part (Nathaniel was his ancestor), which was a significant bonus in bringing the storytelling to life. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Highly recommend asking for Captain Nathaniel, aka Matt!

When I called back to inform Mike of Medicare's response, he refused to sell me the supplies. I did not even have the chance to say that Medicare told me that I could also send the bill to them myself. If I could rate Zero, that is what I would do. It is not worth dealing with them; find another supplier.

I was told to come back tomorrow. I tried calling the next day, but nobody answered the phone so I showed up they didn't remember me. I told him I had purchased a scooter yesterday with my coworker, and then they went to look for it and they said it still wasn't ready and they needed to charge it . I came back the following day called again. No answer showed up didn't know who I was again reminded him an went to get my scooter ready for me to take one problem, though there was no charger with the brand new scooter. He could not find it. So he gave me a charger from behind the counter fast forward to today, May 5, 2026. I tried calling again no answer so I drove in. Doors were locked. Lights are on went to the front and back entrance. No sign of anyone one last check I see the guy who sold me the scooter in the window. I motion to him to come over. He comes over. he lets me in. I tell him about my scooter, he tells me to bring it in. I told him the back brake is no longer working, and my rear tire was making a grinding noise. He told me I could leave it to fill out my information before leaving. I asked him when he thought somebody would be able to take a look at it and he told me about a month. He stated the technician wasn't in today and that they had a backlog of scooters that needed to be repaired, which he pointed to in the corner and then told me there was multiple down in the basement of the same model. I told him that wasn't an option for me to wait over a month and that the scooter is still under warranty for another five months he tried to refer me to a scooter shop in Cambridge, which I live nowhere near and not paying for something that was under warranty. I then asked him what to do and he told me to call Segway the scooter company. And then again referred me to the scooter shop in Cambridge, which I had to reiterate that was not an option and I am not paying for something that is still under warranty. I asked him for Segway's number which he told me he did not have and to "Google it". My only dealings with this place twice have not been good and not the best customer service to say the least. Scooters were $1100 with tax and are under warranty for another five months and they are telling me I have to wait over a month to even get it looked at. Unacceptable!

I left all my information on the contact site and waited for an email, text or call. Everyone is understaffed these days so I was waiting patiently. But I never heard anything back from them. I'm still researching chairs and I'm not eager to get one online with out seeing it first. However, I need a chair. I tried to give my money to the brick and mortar store but it was a total failure. When there are no more stores available, it will be because of situations like this. Obviously I can't rate how you'll be treated if you go there to shop. But most people I know that are actively looking are not capable of going because they don't have any chair and/or are home bound.

I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.
