The fabulous display continues throughout the store, creating a very enjoyable shopping experience. The selection of clothing, books and toys are well curated for ages ranging newborn to small children. I had a lovely chat with the owner who was both friendly and helpful with my shopping needs. She let me know about a clothing sale they were having and provided fun facts about the books I was browsing. (Local authors sold here) I was pleased to see good Spanish book options, and ended up purchasing one as a gift. Many of the items here seemed to be "earth friendly", made with good materials at a reasonable price. I will be back to shop for gifts in the future!

He went to old navy to pick up an order there (same company) with no trouble, but at Gap Factory an employee - named Holly - refused to release the items to him. My husband then offered to show her a picture of my photo ID, but she still refused. I then called the store directly, explained that he was my husband, and then offered to text a photo of our marriage certificate even though we have the same name, and she still refused. Here's where it gets even weirder: I called the 1-800 Gap customer service line, where they confirmed that my husband should be able to pick up my order (he has, in fact, picked up orders from this very same gap factory location before without issue). The corporate customer service staff then called the store to remind Holly of the corporate pickup policy, and she STILL refused to release my order! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I am now leaving for my trip without my jeans. Thankfully, corporate has gifted me a $40 gift card for my troubles, which I will use to purchase the same items for delivery to my home. I'm still reeling over this awful experience and I will never give this location my business again. Do yourself a favor and just buy online.
