My experience here was awesome. We ate traveling by car so I was able to take purchases with me. There was a lady there who was flying & requested her purchases shipped for flat rate of $18.00. I was able to find peach basalmic vinegar for my daughter. They closed our oilerie after Covid. We've searched since so I'm a happy camper. I also purchased Tuscan Olive oil! I ordered $135.95 worth of olive oil to be shipped to my home. I had not received a tracking number so I called. Was treated very unprofessional and she just said I will text it to you. Nothing! Be careful...this is a scam! I am contacting the BBB and sending in a complaint. Help me track this person down. read more

ABBBBBSolutely love this place! Stopped here on a whim after driving through the busy, touresty looking main town. Didn't really want to be in all the hustle and bustle so we figured we would look for some quieter, more local shops. The name intruiged me, as I love looking at fancy olive oils and balsamics but have never purchased any. The shop ownere was so nice and walked us through some different kinds while offering samples. I really like that you can purchase a standard size bottle OR a smaller half size bottle. We ended up going with an olive oil and a few balsamics: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil Black Garlic Balsamic Tomato Basic Balsamic Lemon Cucumer Balsamic Pineapple Balsamic We opted for all smaller bottles except the Tomato Basil & Black Garlic. These two are my favorites by far!!! SOOOOOO GOOD! I've had balsamics I've liked before but these are reallllllly worth the money. The prices actually are pretty fair if I'm comparing to some other olive oil shops I've been to, so based on that I splurged a little with all the oils I got. BUT... Opens at 11am, or so the sign says. Arrive, and it's closed. We did make it the day before to the store, and the gentleman left us in the shop. We waited for 15 minutes before putting our items up and leaving. He left his phone, cash register open and store wide open. My wife and I didn't understand why he left the store, but we never got to go back he was always closed at both locations. Not sure how one runs a business that way. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would. -5/5 stars from me. We stopped in here for our vacation a the first week of June. We ended up buying close to $100 worth or product and we were planning on having it shipped home which the store owner offered to us. we were pleased to pay the additional amount as her product is actually very good. Fast forward to today, we still have not gotten our package with our product, we have reached out multiple times through text and phone call asking for tracking or updates on it. Which in her first response was that she was sick and she stated that it would be sent out on Friday because it was Juneteeth and the post offices were closed due to holiday. which I then said was fine and that I hope she felt better soon.We are very understanding about her being sick. No one wants to work when sick and I get that completely. We waited a couple days and still had no packages in the mail from her. So we sent another text just asking for some tracking info on our package. No response. few days later sent another text asking for an update. No response. And then today. I call the number, someone picks up the phone and says "hello" and I say hi this is so and so calling about our package and then they proceed to hang up on me. She then proceeded to call me back later this afternoon and say "who is this and what do you want?" I said well you called me back and when I answered you said nothing so I'm calling you back. I want to know if my product is being shipped out?" "Well you can text me." I the. Followed up with "I have texted you four times now asking for updates over a two week period." Which she then hung up on me again. This was EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE. We paid well over $100 in product and shipping for it to basically have been stolen from us. We will not be coming back the next time we are in Gatlinburg and I do NOT recommend buying from this business owner as she has been nothing but rude and a thief to us. read more

Rotten, rotten place (read with sarcasm)! Be prepared to spend money. Walked out of here about $80 lighter and on our next trip out here it will be more than that. This is not a complaint. Artsy Olive is a fantastic place with GREAT flavors. We have been to a few other Oileries (also very good) but something about being in the south and getting HICKORY SMOKED BACON olive oil (there's nothing this doesn't pair well with). The Greek Isle Blend for chicken and veggies is also a wonderful combo. Then throw in Autumn Apple Balsamic mixed with their Raspberry for your salad. The lady working here (may have been the owner) suckered us into this combo (more sarcasm). Found out we should have bought at least twice the amount of balsamic that we did. Now all other dressings are sub-standard (THANK YOU). Definitely a great place for those who love to cook (or eat). If you don't stop in, and you love to cook, you will have truly missed a great opportunity. If you're not drooling already....... read more

Came away with an AMAZING Lemon Zest light balsamic vinegar and a rosemary olive oil. Even got presents for back home. I could've bought the whole store! Best Olive Oil Store Ever !! While on vacation in Gatlinburg, my husband and I went shopping on the Arts n Crafts Trail and happily stumbled across this store. Jami, the owner, was extremely personable and new everything and anything about her products ! After spending almost an hour tasting all the Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars, smelling the Soaps, looking through all the other great products and food items, and learning a ton, we spent over $100 and had a GREAT time !! Can not wait to get home and start cooking with all my new stuff, HIGHLY recommend the TUSCAN HERB OILIVE OIL. read more
