I trusted these people to A) sell my home, or B) rent it out for the going rate. The real estate person only spoke to people who called because of the sign in the yard, so I received two (long distance) offers that were well below asking in two months. So I switched gears and asked them to rent it out for going rate in my neighborhood. It took them another two months to rent it for $200 under that rate to an Army PFC (army town) by himself. I was skeptical due to knowing he didn't make enough to cover this on his own, but was assured he had passed the credit check and was the only renter. Cloud was unaware that my next door neighbor and I were in contact so they didn't know about my awareness of the PARADE of people moving into and out of my house. When I decided to move back in, these lovely people gave the ONE guy on the lease his entire deposit back after he and his circus of buddies, wife, kids and dogs had TRASHED my house AND yard. Nearly $10k worth of damage. They wouldn't even come out to look at any of it claiming "covid exposure" and sent me a link to download MY OWN photos onto where THEY were supposed to do the final walk through. It's been 8 months and I'm still making repairs including replacing 300 feet of fence that his dogs ate. They did absolutely nothing for 10% of the rent charged, never checked the property for illegal renters (again, I was living in another state) then screwed me out of what little compensation I might have gotten by giving him back his full deposit without checking for damages first, before I got back to Texas. Leave Cloud out of any of your real estate plans. Zero stars. Not recommended. read more
