I came to that place couple of times before and now not any more! Last time I came one hour before they close! And we were 3, they asked us to order one special hookah and one regular or 3 regular! It wasn't weekend and was not packed! And still one hour only to close. I told them only me I smoke and it's already 12 am. Plus am gonna order other things rather than hookah but they said its not their business. So I order one special and other one is regular plus two " Sahlab " the regular hookah was so bad, very heavy in breathing and taste awful! When we asked them they said its expected that's why it's just cheap!!! And they can't do anything! The drinks " Sahlab " tool more than 45 min to bring them. And was almost closing, so have no time to drink. So I really dis recommend this place at all. read more

Im a regular here, because there's no other place that makes you feel as home as exhale does. The owner, Simon, is actually one of the coolest and mindful people you'll ever meet. He will take care of his customers at any cost and I promise you he won't let you leave this place dissatisfied. The employees in the back making the hookahs put a lot of effort into getting the flavor perfect and cleaning the hookah after every single use. (thats why i avoid going other places, they dont clean them very well) the servers, Jamie, Hunter, Carl and more are very friendly, very talkative and make the place all round comfortable place to be. Chill with your friends, come do your work, come play some games, this place is for everyone. MOST importantly they are constantly taking suggestions to improve service and meet the requirements of all their clientele and that's what I love the most. Great experience here! I was looking for an authentic hookah bar near my house and found it! The music was excellent. There was a DJ playing all Arabic music. Lots of great flavor choices. Our server talked us into the exotic hookah, but I have a feeling you are paying two dollars more for no real difference. He didn't seem to know what the difference was when I asked. I also had to ask two different people (and wait 20 minutes) for a server to bring us our tongs for the hookah. Overall great experience. read more

I've been to plenty of Hookah bars in Chicago and in the Chicagoland area and I have to admit the service here was by far the worst I've ever seen. A friend and I came here on a Wednesday night and the place was empty. Rather than asking us where we wanted to be seated the host told us where we would sit. We kindly requested to be seated at a couch across from where he had placed us. With a huge attitude he asked "What's wrong with this spot?" We tried to explain that we wanted to sit at a couch next to where he seated us, but he told us that couch was reserved for another party coming later. No one showed up for the 2 hours we spent talking and smoking mediocre hookah. Also we saw a huge roach crawling on the floor next to us. Makes me question how sanitary and clean they keep this place. Horrible experience. I would not go back. Take your money elsewhere. read more

I am on a road trip around the country, and have stopped at many hookah bars around the country. I usually don't go to hookah bars often since I can make it cheaper and better than most. In comparison to the many I have stopped at on the trip and my at home experience, this is at the bottom. This place is way way way overpriced. Don't ever try mixing flavors, because they charge you extra for that. Want water? Oh yeah thats another extra charge ($1.50). The service may be okay, but the hookah was terrible. If you consider yourself an experienced hookah smoker, and understand what a good hookah is and what is just overpriced garbage than don't waste your time. I understand the use of quick light coals in some instances, but this is not one. Quick lights change the flavor of your hookah, and are gross in general, natural coals are cheaper and 10x better. Can't say much about the food didn't have it, but I did notice the hummus and pita bread, is a grocery store sabra brand with a bag of crappy looking pita chips. In conclusion, avoid this place, unless you are desperate. Pros: The atmosphere, decor, and setup is nice Cons: The hookah sucks, they use quick light coals, overpriced, nickel and dime charges, and overall crappy experience read more

Number one rated hookah bar in town!!!! The place itself is extremely classy! The decor and the way it's set up is great. The have couch seatin for small and large groups, as well as tables if you are just coming to do some work on the computer or even prefer that seating. The also have a private seating area in which you are able to have your own party I recently proposed to my fiancé in this very room and had over 10 people sitting and could have for more!!!. The have various options of entertainment, TVs placed all around, cards available upon request. They also provide a dj for entertainment on Fridays and Saturday nights, he plays a great variety of music but never to loud to were you can't hear the people your sitting with. The have pretty much any flavor you can image as well as full area to which you can purchase products and hookahs! It's a one stop shop kind of place. Besides the best hookahs best flavors they have a full menu of drinks and appetizers! The owners are extremely hands on and working alongside with the staff, they stay open to close to Provide assistance to all! I was there couple a days ago not satisfied with the staff till the last moment lady was complaining there was a short In staff that day. tried to impress me at the last moment to get a big tip since I wasn't satisfied I didn't put a big amount because of that her attitude was totally changed. I come here every 2 months or so, and I've noticed the quality of service and the quality of the hookah has varied quite a bit. I've had awesome service, and I've had to wait 20 minutes for a waitress to notice me. I've also had great hookah and not so great quality as well. Overall, it's a good spot. Best hookah lounge in the U.S. They have quality shisha, hookahs and great atmosphere and par with Dubai, UAE. I would know, I use to live there. Everyone is very friendly and they have great music. Later into the evening they music turns up and the dancing, mingling and hookah smoking really kicks off. Sub par hookah joint. Refused to serve tap water. For every order we made we waited at least 15 minutes then had to find a staff member to remind them that we were still waiting. They don't give you extra coals, and the hoses are very low quality. Very disappointing. read more

I really liked this place the first time it came. Good selection of flavors, good service. The second time our server was almost non-existent. My second complaint is the 2 person maximum per hookah... It takes a long time to finish a hookah and ordering a second with only 3 people is inconvenient. We had to be there longer than we planned and still didn't finish the hookahs. I don't mind the $10 minimum. That's typical of every hookah bar I've been to. But I won't be back with more than one person if this rule stays in place. read more

The number one quality this hookah lounge has is the owner. He genuinely cares about all of his regulars and newbies! The atmosphere has great ambience, dim lighting, good music, and best of all is the quality of the hookahs. They use the best tobacco, Starbuzz, and for the quality they are reasonably priced. The menu is full of great options for tobacco flavors and food (snacks too) and drink. Try the mint tea! Also, the seating is the most comfortable seating I've seen in a hookah bar! Once a month they have a party night on Saturday's where they play Arabic music and people dance! For the Naperville area I believe this is one of the only hookah options which works in this place' favor. I think only other competition is Mr. Sheesha and next time if I'm out that way and really craving hookah I'll probably go there instead. So here's the load down. Inside decor is 5 stars and after that things kind of go downhill. I've gone there before both with company and alone and have come out sometimes being satisfied with an average feeling and sometimes being disappointed. My gripe is hookah selection which is extensive was mediocre in quality. It seemed slightly understaffed on a Monday night but it wasn't insanely crowded. I went there by myself server seemed like she didn't want to be there and didn't want me there either. And I wasn't rude or high maintenance she sat me down took about 5 minutes to ask what I wanted I ordered my flavor with a Turkish coffee and water. I had to ask twice for the water, hookah came in about 20 minutes Turkish coffee came in about 30. I was never asked which coal I wanted but was given the cheap and crappy quicklights. I asked for the natural coals and the expression on the servers faced seemed like this was an imposition and I had to wait about an additional 5-10 minutes. To be clear the service wasn't outrageous; I don't expect to have the server kiss my ass but I do expect a little pep in the step, attentiveness, politeness, and care for quality. I didn't see any of that. Turkish coffee is hard to do so I'll be forgiving with that. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the amount of waiting and although they have the natural charcoal they default by giving the cheap one. Not terrible overall but I personally won't be there again. read more

This place took 30 min to get my hookah and on top of that it doesn't even taste like what I orded I do not recommend this place. We had complained to the manager and he stated that it taken so long because many people came in the same time. This honestly was probably the worst hookah experience ive ever been to. I went there for my birthday with about 15 of my friends, & literally walked in already getting the vibe this place was going to be awful with the workers & the owners attitudes. They are so overpriced, & for no reason. My hookah wasn't strong at all, literally smoked it for 30 mins & the hookah was already out. They charged an extra $10 onto the bill everytime a person would just walk in. like really? i had a few friends who didnt even smoke & just came because it was my birthday & they got charged as well. Like talk about a rip off. & not to mention they fucked up the bill & claimed we had to pay an extra $20. The WAITOR LITERALLY FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE JUST BECAUSE OF IT.
