The installation and work ethic was even more impressive. He sanded the subfloor to guarantee strong adhesion and was methodical with determining centerlines to ensure a perfectly straight floor. They then did not replace the pan when doing the work. The grout cracked again quickly (within 4 months), This strongly suggests the underlying issue (likely movement, moisture, or pan failure) was never fixed. Over the course of several months we called multiple times. They set up 3 different appointments to come out and look. They never showed nor did they call to cancel or reschedule. Called the owner and he said we probably would have to replace the pan underneath.
