We recently took an herb class here, and I would highly recommend it. Not only do you walk away with a big container of 4 different herbs of your choice. The staff, Jay, running the class is very friendly and knowledgeable. Depending on what other classes they have, we'll definitely be back to try them.

It was wonderful to be able to call Big Trees and set a time to see their trees. Daniel took us around and also helped us as we considered several types of trees. We determined that a Somerset Red Maple would be large enough and that it would be relatively easy on yard maintenance. The tour helped us decide that we really needed a tall (30' feet) to enjoy in the next few years. Big Trees was excellent at setting up a date and delivering the tree. It was amazing just to watch the equipment as they dug the hole and planted the tree (see pictures). Now we just need to follow their directions. Felix and the staff planting the tree were easy to work with. They helpled take down and reinstall part of our fence and they cleaned upt he site very well.

From the initial visit being driven around the property on a golf cart to find the right tree, to the foreman's pre-planting visit, to the planting crew themselves, the entire experience was flawless. Everyone we encountered from BTT gave amazing service, had good humor, excellent communications, and took an above-and-beyond approach. And then he told me if I dig it up and return it (in the pot it came in) I could get a refund or exchange BUT ONLY IF IT'S BEEN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. Because of their delay, it was more than 2 weeks by then. Customer service does not exist there. Not going back.
