I never changed the time of my appointment bc i had other commitments I couldnt miss. I gave them a call and to see why my appointment had been changed. She informed me that my appointment was changed so they could have a gap inbetween our appointments. Mind you when we made the appointments we asked if it was okay to have them both at the same time, we were told it was no problem. All we needed were our yearly cleanings nothing major. I told her that that time wasnt gonna work and that i had made my appointment at a specific time for a reason. She then proceeded to get an attitude and ask "well what do you want". I then cancelled my appointment and am in search of another office. As though this wasnt bad enough. My sister had her appointment a week or two earlier than ours. She was told she had ONE cavity and needed to schedule an appointment. No biggies she scheduled for that following week. She goes in thinking she is getting one filling and comes out with THREE different ones. I have always heard bad things about apex but i was despretly in need of a cleaning and took a chance. When I was finally called back, the only action taken was putting a bib on me--nothing else was done. It was incredibly disheartening to be left sitting there with no communication about what was happening. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns to the office manager, his response was shockingly dismissive. He simply said, "Oh, that sucks, sorry... I'm sorry for that." This lack of empathy and accountability only added to my frustration. It's clear that the office is struggling with organization and professionalism. I left feeling ignored and undervalued as a patient. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dentist office based on my experience. The Hygenist completed the cleaning and complimented me on the state of my gums and I then mentioned the earlier experience and she just shook her head and said it was clearly a money making issue. My wife also had work done a few months back and had a few crowns fitted. At that time she complained about tooth ache on a crowned tooth which the dentist stated would disappear after a while. Needless to say, she had to return and they had to perfom a root canal under the crowned tooth; double the time and definitley more expensive. There's no doubt this needed to be done before the crown was fitted. After these expereinces, I wouldn't recommend anyone to the practice.

He had come all the back home from his trip just to help me glue my temporary tooth back on to get me through the weekend. I don't know anyone else who's going to do that for a patient. He didn't have to take time to think about it. He heard my message and knew he was coming home to help me.
