I recently had a very frustrating experience at Clover Smiles that I feel needs to be addressed. After arriving for my appointment, I ended up waiting over an hour and a half without any updates or explanations. When I was finally called back, the only action taken was putting a bib on me--nothing else was done. It was incredibly disheartening to be left sitting there with no communication about what was happening. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns to the office manager, his response was shockingly dismissive. He simply said, "Oh, that sucks, sorry... I'm sorry for that." This lack of empathy and accountability only added to my frustration. It's clear that the office is struggling with organization and professionalism. I left feeling ignored and undervalued as a patient. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dentist office based on my experience. If you're looking for a place that respects your time and provides genuine care, you may want to look elsewhere. Compared to my previous experience establishing myself as a new patient this was atrocious. read more

THE WORST... I previously submitted a poor rating for this dental office in July 2025, and I noticed its missing, however, I see others from 2024. As I attempted to provide an update to this site to advise how my dental records were falsified and misleading. I realize my review had been taken down. I thought the purpose of reviews was to share with the public the quality of service CUSTOMERS received. Unfortunately, its not here. NEVERTHELESS. CLOVER SMILES NEEDS TO REMOVE THE DENTIST FROM THEIR CLOVER LOCATION. HE IS HORRIBLE. I'm extremely disappointed with how our second visit to this office was handled -- especially after having such a great first impression. During our first appointment for a cleaning, everything went smoothly. The front desk lady at that time was kind, helpful, and welcoming -- unfortunately, she was not the same person we encountered during our second visit. At the second appointment (scheduled for three fillings at 1:00 PM), my mom was left sitting in the back until 1:47 PM with no update or explanation. I had to go to the front desk and ask what was going on -- only then did someone finally mention that the doctor was running behind because of another procedure and had also gone to lunch before even seeing her. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. To make things worse, the front desk woman that day -- Christy -- had a very nasty attitude. She was cold, dismissive, and completely lacked the courtesy and professionalism we experienced the first time. Her tone and demeanor made an already frustrating situation even worse. This office needs to seriously address its scheduling, communication, and customer service. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and consideration. I sincerely hope the office manager reads this and reaches out -- because an apology is absolutely warranted. read more

Mrs. Sheree!!!!! The front desk receptionist is absolutely the sweetest! Genuine personality of concern, hospitality, and customer service! From the first telephone call until we made it to the office an hour later. Lolita the dental assistant was wonderful! I love this place! I've been bringing my kids here for about two years now, this last week my youngest son fell and chipped his teeth and they were able to see him same day! They fixed his teeth and handled him so well! He's autistic so it can be hard to find staff that mesh with him and let me tell you Dr. K did an amazing job with him!! Absolutely amazing dentists, dental assistants, receptionist, and hygienist! Dr Pooja and Dr Arora are both very informative and intelligent. The hygienist, Lolitta, is very personable, kind, and great with all ages. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The entire office is very clean and radiates professionalism. If you've got 2 hours to kill, go ahead and schedule a cleaning. If you want a loud obnoxious passive aggressive receptionist yelling out all your personal information on the phone while other patients wait with you, go ahead and schedule an appt. The worst experience at a dentist office I've ever had. I didnt even receive a cleaning, just a quick 5 minute exam and the dentist told me I should have my wisdom teeth pulled. Dentist has no bedside manner. Proceeded to do work and after the fact couldn't understand why our insurance didn't pay. They weren't in our network, even though they had ample time to verify with our provider ahead of time. We went twice, and each time, they called insurance company while we were in the chair waiting for treatment. I had a tooth pulled and never received a follow up call to see how I was doing. Just don't. Front desk man is rude and extremely pushy. Complete money grab place. Hygienist girl is rude, cut my mouth 4 times because she couldn't figure out the camera tool and get it to work. Arrived at 12:45 for my 1:00 appointment. Finally was seen at 2:30 and the place was not busy at all. Sat in the chair until 3:30 just to have 2 pictures taken of my teeth. Dentist never even came in. They never even looked at my mouth. Same front desk man came back and showed off his perfect x-rays while showing how my teeth are crooked. Then insisted I have all 4 wisdom teeth out. (again, they never even looked in my mouth other than 2 pictures. and this was my first time ever here). Then pushed a surgery appointment on me for the following monday. Did not tell me a single thing about the surgery (whether i would be put under, pre-op care, post-op care, to bring someone with, anything). Just save your 3 hours and go somewhere else. read more

I'd have to give them ten stars if I could but I can only give me them 5 so for starters I didn't have insurance at first they worked around the insurance and let me make some paymenta til I got insurance started. and I give the staff at front desk mrs sheree and Melissa 20 stars they are spectacular about getting you in with an emergency toothache with no hassle I love them and their team at clover smiles!!!! read more

The staff is exceptional! The doctor is very thorough as well and you can tell she has your best intersects at heart. They where very patient with my kids being the first time and they made us feel part of their family.
