First off my appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday but I came a day early and they still was able to accommodate me which I appreciate and I didn't have to wait long at all. One of the technicians that assisted me was Linda did a excellent job. The prices are a reasonable for the area. Tip for you is that I like to have an appointment is better than have an appointment than not have an appointment because sometimes you could be waiting a really long time depending on what time of day it is. I made it clear that I did not want to argue and tried to end the conversation, but she continued. The entire interaction was unnecessary, uncomfortable, and incredibly unprofessional. Someone working at the front desk is often the first impression customers have of a business, and customer service should never involve talking down to or arguing with customers. After being a regular customer for about three years, this was by far the worst experience I have had here. I am extremely disappointed that a longtime customer would be treated this way.
