Had Notary for two transactions. I was charged $30 for two signatures. No problem. However, when checking my credit card statement, I was charged twice ($60). I called to discuss the duplicate charge and they told me one of the charges was declined. I explained my CC company shows two charges. They told me to check with my CC company in about 5 days to see if the charge was removed. I just called my CC company and they stated that I was charged twice ($60). I disputed the charge. I found the UPS representative very unhelpful and somewhat rude. Will not be going back. read more

My how things have changed! After boycotting this UPS store for more than a year I decided I would give it a go once again since the owner left a positive reply to my review. Thank you! I am always in need of mailing either through USPS or UPS for outgoing mailing and returns. Twice during the month of September I visited UPS. Both positive experiences. Visit #1 Here for an Amazon return. I like that you can put your item in a plastic bag provided at the front of the store. However, my item didn't fit in the bag so I got in line behind three people. Since there were 4 energetic and friendly women working at the counter, in no time at all I was assisted and was out the door. Visit #2 Here to drop off two packages with postage already on them. I walked in and there were 8 people in line. (Yes I count) Since all I needed to do was drop off the packages I took my chances and walked up to the girl closest to the mailboxes. I waited for a moment that she wasn't engaged in conversation with her current customer & then quickly said, "The packages have postage, can I just drop them off?" Whew! She said, "Sure, just put them on the shelf," and nodded to the shelf behind her. Thank you for not making me wait in line. read more

Both times it took less than 15 minutes for me to get my packages sent. Despite the crowds, the employees were professional, friendly and took the time to make sure my items were properly packaged and mailed. I don't know what's going on with the UPS drivers at this location but I had purchased an order through Amazon that chose UPS to deliver the package. Not once but TWICE they said they made an "attempt" to deliver my package but there was no knock on the door, no notice left on the door and I had been home all day. I tried calling this exact location just to be told to call the UPS' 1-800 number? Which didn't make sense to me, I was trying to connect with the exact carrier location to see what the issue is in delivering my package (I.e. maybe the driver got lost?). The lack of communication and helpfulness is incredibly unprofessional. read more

While I was looking for a place to return Amazon package, this location was rated 50% positive ratings. Closest place so this is the one I selected. Lots of employees some just standing at the counter but people in the mob formation didn't know who was next and what each person was capable of doing. I must say that when I got to the right person, it was quick. If this place either had a single line or gave better directions the place would not have people outside the door. read more

My observation is that they keep the line moving while spending the necessary time with customers to get their needs met. When it's busier times of the year, they have more employees working. Went to the UPS Store in the Willow & Herndon Target shopping center to return Direct tv equipment after closing an account with them. I was immediately helped by the clerk there, equipment barcodes scanned, given a receipt showing return and shipped date. The UPS Store handles all the packaging for those returns at no cost. I came to the UPS store on May 1st as I had to drop off a return package. This location was the only location open EARLY in Fresno/Clovis around 9am. The location is close to my residence and in a beautiful developing plaza. There's ample parking. When I arrived there were only 2 customers inside being helped and I was in line next. I was instantly greeted. They had social distancing practices going on, for customers and the staff. They were wearing protective gear. Very clean inside and staff was very friendly! Overall, I was in and out in seconds as I had a prepackaged slip that needed to be scanned and the employee printed out the tracking slip and that was it. I recommend this location! I hate leaving bad reviews. I have had nothing but problems with this UPS store. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. They tried to give me more expensive prices (didn't offer me the cheaper shipping at all) when shipping. I took my package to the UPS store down the street because they gave me a better rate and they don't give me a hard time when returning Amazon packages. They're extremely picky when dropping off Amazon packages too. I've had bad luck at least half the time I go here. I will not be returning. It's super frustrating. I hate having to go somewhere else but it's just better service elsewhere... I hate having to drive to two UPS stores half the time. read more

Yesterday I went to the post office to return a battery using a QR shipping code specifically meant for Usps. The lady at the post office refused my package and It was very obvious that she was trying to make things very difficult for me. She was unapologetic and did not seem to care. Her attitude and unwillingness to help was a bit frustrating After I left the post office I called UPS to figure out how to ship my package and a woman answered the phone She was very friendly from the get go. She took the time to listen to my situation and showed concern and care for my situation. It was a night and day difference from the customer service I had just experienced and such a breath of fresh air. After she took the time to try to figure out how to help me over the phone, she offered me to come on in so she could try to help me further. When I arrived, she went above and beyond trying to test out my QR code and then she helped me use the computer and print my label all the while being very patient and kind. She was extremely attentive and helpful. Her energy was warm and compassionate. I wish there were more people like her. I found out her name was Julie. So thank you again Julie!! I really appreciated her, she turned a bad experience into a great experience. read more

Efficient and friendly service every time. I write this review as I have been a customer at this location for over a year now and from my experiences, their service is worthy of 5/5 stars. From packing small items to shipping a 9x12 rug, their service is always efficient and friendly. I recall when I went to ship a 9x12 rug and wasn't sure the best way to bring it into the store, an associate advised me to drive around to the back door and someone would meet me to assist in being it to the door (above and beyond!). I also recall my most recent experience, where Julie was exceptional in helping me with a packing label issues that I had, she went above and beyond to help! They may have a line at times, but if everyone is like me and drives out of their way to this location- that's the reason! But the line moves fast! read more

Stopped in today to make a return of an Amazon purchase. I had the box the item came in with me and a screen shot of the email with the return code on my phone. I was welcomed when I arrived and told someone would be right with me. I waited maybe two minutes and was then helped. I set the box down, pulled up my screen shot, which she promptly scanned, and then she handed me my receipt and I was on my way with a polite, "thank you for coming in, have a nice day". Sometimes the line is long and you have to wait a bit but unlike the post office, you can clearly see that the staff is working as fast as possible! I recently had wedding posters printed here along with canvas prints. The service was excellent and the Turnaround time and quality was better than expected. The manager, Julie was super helpful and made sure all the files were of good quality before going to print. I always come here for amazon returns and other shipping packaging needs and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I have used the UPS Store for years now. Not just for a mail box. I can drop off mail, buy stamps, pick up personal and business packages, ship packages and I have used them to make my Business: Big Valley Garage Door Banners for the outside and inside of my office. If I need a notary, they are there! The ladies are kind and courteous. They know my name!!!! Julie, Marcy, and Claire are the best Ladies at this location. My dad needed to notarize a document for his out of state pension. The young woman refused to notarize saying that the document did not have "California wording". Went to another UPS store couple streets down and got it done. They did treat us(me and my dad) respectfully otherwise. I did look up the rules of the california notary public https://slonotary.com/types-of-documents-you-can-and-cannot-notarize/ and it does not say anything about "california wording". read more

I asked the person behind the counter how I can get a card to Phoenix, Arizona by Friday and was told that it would get there with second day air. I paid $32 to have the card sent and it did not make it until Monday. I went back into the Store and explained this to the manager who said that only next day air have a guaranteed delivery date. I explained that it would've been very nice to know because I would've paid extra to have it sent next day air and make it in time instead of wasting $32. The manager did not offer me any kind of refund. I will never use the store again. You should not use this store either. They do not train employees sufficiently and are not accountable when they make a mistake. They are a sad group. read more

UPS has the most un user friendly website. The people that work for them at many of their stores barely speak English let alone understand! They continually lose packages . When you call their call center most of them are in some foreign country and are of NO HELP! UPS after they lose your package method for filing a claim is impossible! You give UPS a return address and the morons still return the package to their store you shipped it from! Avoid UPS Fed Ex and USPS aren't much better but even at that are 100x's better than UPS when selecting a Parcel service go with DHL they are the only ones who get things delivered promptly read more
