The staff were kind and did a great job. It was really easy to book an appointment on the phone. Being they are students there are certain blocks of time they have availability. I wish I would have come here for other past services and saved myself some money! Plenty of parking available. When entering the building it's just right upstairs. The teacher popped in once briefly to check on things. It will take a bit longer than normal but with savings at 1/2 off the normal price I've paid I was happy to wait.

Reservations are required, the students will be doing the services and their availability are during the weekdays during school hours. Beautiful waiting room with a huge chandelier above. The nail tech are in 1 room. There's about 3 pedicure stations and 8 manicure station. They do a variety of services, with gel and regular polish. The techs are still in training, expect to be there for a long time. My manicure and pedicure took over 2.5 hours, which I didn't mind. The techs were so sweet and kept apologizing. Teacher will come and ask how you're doing and if you like the results.

This particular young student did not speak. The student spent a couple minutes waxing but was not able to complete the eyelash process. I was passed on to a student who was "very experienced" doing the eyelash process. This student also could not complete as according to them, one eye's eyelashes "wouldn't cooperate ." So that process was never done. The waxing job, hadn't actually been done. While it felt like it had been dine, nearly no leg hair had been removed. It was ridiculous. However, I was charged full price for both procedures though. When I returned home, with sore eyes, my husband asked why they did not wax my legs. I had not taken a good look before leaving the school because my eyes were uncomfortable enough that I just wanted to get home and wash them out. I did write a review on the schools website with the above information. They did not give me the courtesy of a reply. In fairness to them, I had been there for a variety of facial treatments and had been satisfied. It seems to me that a school would, in addition to teaching the practical skills that students pay tuition for would also teach customer service. Teach how to provide remedy when a failure to provide advertised services occurs. Refund? Apology? Gift card? Anything? At least stand by their work. It was huge disappointment to me. I had, before this occurred told many about the school and services they provided. I felt it appropriate to let these individuals know that perhaps, despite the expense, they should spend their money at a reputable and professional business. Interestingly, I did consult a reputable aesthetics practice about my "problem" eyelashes. This person stated that all that needed to be done was to use a regular eyelashes curler first. This person then demonstrated on me. It worked perfectly.

You basically need to come here on foot or you need to already be parking downtown at some other pay facility or for some other reason. That makes it really problematic for me because I came downtown specifically to use this facility and then ended up having to pay a bunch of money and not even get to stay here as long as I wanted to. The facility itself is good but it's not worth the extra money so I just end up using Suburban locations now in the Twin Cities, and they should really have a lot or garage somewhere where their members and guests as well can use it for free while they are working out.

Since I have little faith, helped me to stay on course to get through it all, since he understood the other medical profession's role in healing. Dr Kaster is also a professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University.

She is actually the fourth teacher with whom we've worked, and she is by far the best. Her approach is both disciplined and gentle. She enforces correct finger positioning, posture, and counting with kindness and warmth. My daughter, aged seven, loves Natalie and looks forward to lessons. She's gaining a classical musical education mixed with more modern, familiar songs for fun. My favorite thing about Natalie is that my daughter has performed at nursing homes for all of her recitals, so she's learning to give of herself while making her family proud! The owner Dave is surprisingly young, but very professional and friendly. I understand they only do lessons now. If I were looking for lessons I would not hesitate to check them out.
