I bought a 22 nissan altima Sept 24 2024 and I have already found saftey issues. I was reversing into a parking spot and the emergency back brake system scared me making this awful loud sound. I wasn't even close to anything. Also when I have my window down I am hearing this ping noise coming from the front when I put it drive or reverse and also when I stop at a stop sign. I just pray it's not the transmission. Also when it rains my driver wimdow shutters up and down wtf? The day after I bought it, paid 24,000 cash for it by the way, I can't seem to find it on any carfax report or anywhere. So did I buy a LEMON? Bought a 2017 Ford f250 super duty less than 3 weeks of having the truck I had to replace the evap 2 sensor and the intake manifold and the oil drain pug . According to a Ford advisor that Ford has a procall that they go by . According to the salesman the truck was in perfect condition and nothing wrong with it come to find out they didn't do anything to Fords procall or by the book. So after replace everything I bought for the truck and labor and 2 core packs so the brakes should have been replaced before the truck was sold . I have sunken over $4,000 in this truck and just made my 1st payment on the truck . So this weekend I having to get the new brakes for the truck . The only thing they done was cover the labor on the intake manifold. This shouldn't happen to the truck if they did their job right to being with. So I will never go there ever again to buy anything else from Al White Motor . read more

Had oil changed a one of those quick oil change places (won't call out there name here). They pulled the air filter and didn't have a replacement in stock so they put mine back in sideway. They didn't have rod holders for my boat but there was a great Corndog stand nearby so it all worked out.

We were visiting in the area when our truck developed a problem. We called Al White Ford and the service writer Eli told us to bring the truck right in. Within 30 minutes they had taken it for a test drive and diagnosed the problem. They arranged for a rental car , ordered the parts and had the truck ready for pick up the following afternoon. We were passing through on a Friday afternoon when a warning popped up on the dash of our truck. After stopping at 2 rest areas so my husband could attempt to fix problem the warning light was still on. Not wanting to be stranded on the side of the highway with 2 dogs, I insisted on stopping at nearest dealership. Service dept was busy but took the time to check things out and got us on our way. The young woman at the counter was as sweet as could be, reassuring us if we were to be stranded her town was the best place we could be. The young man laid on the wet parking lot to check our truck, stating it's okay, it's what I get paid for. All with a smile! Best customer service and we didn't even spend a dime. We will never go back to Al White and I do not recommend them to anyone else. We were new to the Manchester, TN area and needed something affordable for the commute to work. We thought we were getting a good deal but I guess there is no such thing because 3 weeks after driving the car (used) the engine or transmission seized up on us and was no longer drivable. We took it back to the dealership because before we bought the car said if we didn't like it for any reason or something went wrong with it we could take it back. So when we got there they said it was just low on oil. Sorry but my husband is a mechanic and said there is no way that's all that was wrong with the car. So since we didn't want it to keep that car they said we could do a trade but they ended up adding $1500 to the cost of the car we traded in for and we completely lost our down payment that we put down on the first car the seized up on us. All in all we lost $3000. We certainly do not feel like we were treated fairly. And the second car has an electrical issue with the heat and air system where one vent blows hot and one vent blows cold. I would be very careful about buying a used car from Al White. read more
