Great car wash. We were excited when this location opened in our neighborhood. Employees are awesome and seem truly happy to be there. Shout out to Zianna. She's always bubbly and welcoming, and the reason I signed up for a membership. Hardly ever a wait, plenty of vacuum stalls and lots of fresh towels and glass cleaner available, free of charge. Vacuums have good suction and they are always emptying trash bins and refilling towels. A++ well done!! read more

New car wash in Eagan is AWESOME. Got the MVP wash and it was so fun to stay in the car while all sorts of soap suds and cloth brushes cleaned my car. Great location right next to the Eagan High School, so I know I'll be in the area frequently. It's an automated drive through car wash with $1 washes for their grand opening! My fav part is that they have free vacuuming stations and cloth towels for you to use afterwards. If you hurry, they also have some great grand opening specials available until Jan 2, 2025. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received over the phone. I called on the exact day the app instructed me to call in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Despite following their directions, I was still told I would be charged anyway. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed by the representative, Hailey, that managers do not speak directly with customers. Instead, I was told I could leave a message and that it was entirely up to the managers whether they would return my call within 24-48 hours. This is unacceptable and dismissive, especially when dealing with billing issues. Customers should not be penalized for following company instructions, nor should access to management be treated as optional. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and it has significantly lowered my trust in this company's customer service practices. read more

So in response to all of the one star reviews complaining about scratches, this is NOT a touchless car wash. This means that any rock or sand debris on your car COULD get stuck to the cloths and touch your car. Be advised. For anyone else, this place is okay so far. The line moves fast, which for a car wash gives it an extra star because I feel like there's always crazy lines. It also gets a star just for having the free and ultra convenient vacuums. There are like 15 of them. The actual job it does washing is okay - not great. I did the $20 wash (second from the best) and they didn't give me the damp towel, and it didn't get the residual salt/soap off of my windows or bumper. A lot of money to not be much better than the gas station wash. read more

This car wash damaged my friend's vehicle, and a different chain damaged mine. Avoid car washes that use brushes or bristles! The ONLY safe option is a touch-free car wash. If you want a more thorough clean, go to a DIY car wash (but never use the brush!) detail yourself (clean microfiber clothes & sponges!), or take it to a professional. These automated car washes cause serious damage to your vehicle, no matter what Club & other companies claim. I promise you, they're not being honest and the regular employees are most likely being misled. Even the slightest misalignment of your vehicle in the wash can damage your rims, and the automated brushes WILL scratch your paint--whether it happens immediately or builds over time. You might not notice the scratches right away, but under the right lighting, you'll see countless micro-scratches. I'm sharing this as a concerned neighbor! I promise I don't own a touch-free car wash. I encourage you to look into this yourself- the evidence, discussions, and articles are there. I have a new car with only 500 miles, after going through the car wash, I found scratches on the rear bumper and rear fenders 2, were down to the metal. I made a damage claim that was denied stating the damage was not caused by the car wash. while I was standing with the manager that was taking pictures of the damage with an ipad, the gentleman in the next drying stall came over to ask if he could file a claim, he showed me the damage on his vehicle and it was exactly like mine. Watch your cars if you go into this car wash, they will definitely deny any fault. read more

Car wash is good but they have this very very bad cancelation policy where you need to cancel before 7 days of expiry and if you forget it, they wont refund the money once it is deducted. Not a Customer Friendly Cancelation policy. I am not going to suggest to any of my friends. read more

long story short they scratched my car. they are not taking responsibility even though the motion of the mitters match the scratches. The employees were kind its just the corporate headquarters who is the issue. If I could I would add the images of the scratches. There are plenty people online with this same issue. read more
