Never had any issues and anytime I had to cancel and renew my membership they were always so generous and kind to deal with. Love this location!!! Club Car Wash ruined the paint in the front and top of our car, and this was their response...Unbelievable that a company can get away with this. "I am sorry about the incident involving your motor vehicle. I have investigated the facts and made a determination regarding your incident. I have concluded that Club Car Wash will not be responsible for the damage to your vehicle. The posted signage at the wash location states Club Car Wash is not responsible for any vehicles older than 7 years of age. Due to the age of your vehicle and the nature of the vehicle and how it ages. Furthemore, this damage is not consistent with the wash equipment or products used. Unfortunately, because of this, Club Car Wash cannot assist with the repairs of your vehicle. This corporate company is unethical, uncompassionate, and unprincipled in their business practices when your vehicle gets damaged at their facility. They claim to cover the costs, but then force you into using a shop (providing locations I have to take it to which are over a hour away from my house, mind you) they choose for you. My $85,000 vehicle was damaged with over $2000 worth of damage on it, and they want me to "use a 1-star facility to fix it" on a problem their facility created? Absolutely not. In the state of Texas that is called steering and it is illegal. But they say their company policies, which they won't provide to me in writing by the way, says "they are a third-party and has the right to tell the customer where to go to repair their vehicle.". Unfortunately, that doesn't work for this customer who pays an elite membership nor anyone with common sense. I have the right to choose where to go to fix my car. This company is a bully to their customers and they are greedy. They would rather "be right" on your dime - than help their customers who are actually in the right. They act as their own insurance company, but they're not. I would never use this company again, nor recommend, based on their disheartening business practices to customers. I have three memberships here for my cars and always have a good experience. It is always fast and convenient and the vacuum areas are always well stocked with everything I need to finish cleaning my cars after the wash. The pricing is good and the people are super friendly. This week they are having a new promotion on new customers for 50% off for 3 months on their top 3 wash packages. The price goes back to normal after 3 months. I can recommend the location and think they do a great job. read more

I have a monthly membership of their best car wash. The wash itself does a very good job. Where they are terrible is the air hose outside. About half are missing. Maybe more than half. They do not get replaced and with a black car, I need to blow the water out of a lot of spots. The other odd thing is the vacuum area is always very busy. People just drive in off University and use their vacuums, spray and towels without paying for a car wash. I do not take my wife's car here (it needs it once a month as she drives very little). If the person at the head of the line buys a monthly membership, it stops the works until the line is unmanageable. When I get up there, I get the HARD SELL ON THE MONTHLY. Super poor customer service, rude and condescending. Basically got called stupid for one minute straight and he was asking me for a reason I didn't want the unlimited wash, just said I didn't and he wouldn't take no for an answer. Eventually after a minute he stopped and abruptly said "You gonna give me something to pay with?" I wanted to come get a car wash not try to be persuaded for 5 minutes of getting a membership after saying no thank you the first time.

We go between this location and Williams Drive. This location is challenging sometimes to get in or out due to a steep driveway and traffic backups heading east toward Interstate 35. The wash typically drop enough soap and there are numerous brushes for both the front and sides of the car so it actually gets clean. The manual spray before moving in the queue varies in the amount of suds and number of staff spraying almost every time. The amount of soap and brushes is consistently greater at this location than some others. Staff are usually very accommodating. We purchase a monthly subscription but there is a weekly deal on Tuesdays at this location. Similar cost to other non affiliated car washes. Recommend read more

Been coming here for over a year, location is usually pretty clean with towels available half the time. There was an incident 6 weeks ago that still has yet to be resolved. While going through the car was the vehicle in front of me failed to go at the end and with my vehicle filled with my wife and three young children we were fearful so we honked non stop and the old lady in front of us failed to go. Instead of hitting the car in front of me a held my breaks, luckily there was no car behind me. Instead doing so, my front left tire hub caps got all scraped up. Luckily after 1 min the lady finally went and the staff did not hear me honking or try to help so I went and did an incident report with the manager on duty. He assured me their "claims" department would call and get it taken care of. They called two weeks later stating it's not their fault and it's an after market part on my vehicle, which it is not. It's installed by the factory upon all new vehicle purchases. The lady then told me she would talk to her manager and call me back. I still have not been called. I've ran businesses for 15 years and truly is unprofessional. At least they could offer a few months free to offset the cost of me having to replace this item. Next time I will be sure to just let our vehicles collide and have a big lawsuit, I think then they would learn to help their customers. read more

I am a very dedicated car care car owner. I have had many memberships all over Austin round rock Georgetown, and though this carwash has the potential to do really great things it is geographically in a good area. The day-to-day operations are lacking to say the least. it appears to be staffed by many young if not high school age kids that do not have awareness of the as aas a often times the membership line is backed up with people trying to sign up for memberships and usually on the busiest part of the day, it is nothing for the line to back all the way up into the gas station next-door. The hand towels are almost never available on any given Saturday and Sunday and definitely not towards the end of the day, or any other day of the week and you will have a group of kids ( staff) piled up in the booth or randomly walking around and there just seems to be no checklist or order of tasks going on and therefore the services are lacking because there is clearly no management on site to delegate and direct. I have a membership and only because I use it so frequently and I live close do I justify it but if I were to tell somebody who does not have a membership, you will have to sign up knowing you're going to have to lower your expectations. read more

Went for a wash after driving a long distance. The lady at the booth was very nice. My frustration is that going through the wash, the rotating scrubbers did not was the front, hood or top of my car. The wash only sprayed soap and water. The sides arent any better but at least they touched the car a little. read more

I signed up for the promotional 3 months for $10 a month. I inquired about cancellation fees and was told all I'd have to do is cancel two weeks prior to the 4th billing cycle and I would be done. I used this car wash twice in 3 months. The first time my car was still dirty the second time it broke my hitch. I talked to them, told them it broke my hitch and was told their policy is any damage caused to your car is too bad. I (obviously) cancelled my membership and I cancelled 17 days before the next billing cycle. I was billed a full $45 dollars for the 4th month. When I called to ask why I'd been billed when I cancelled they told me they required a FOUR WEEK notice. That's insanity. They refused to give me my money back and said instead they'd give me a credit. Credit for what?? Awful car wash, worse service. Stay away. read more

I signed up for an elite membership online via auto draft on a credit card. The website said to go by the location to get a sticker so when I got there, they could not find me in their system the staff just said maybe it was a glitch and gave me a sticker after looking at my confirmation email and their system has only drafted my card once in 3 months and not via auto draft for the elite membership. I've been by there three times and apparently from staff it's difficult to get an online membership to work.... So I've been having to pay more for individual car washes with the same AMEX card I originally enrolled online with and wanted them to use for auto drafts The Car wash is very clean and great. I wanted to move my membership here from Mister Car Wash but It's just frustrating to have to expect a complete hassle every time. My expectations are fairly simple. I just wanna go by periodically and get a car wash with the sticker on your window and have a membership fee drafted each month via CC and not have to pay for a car wash every time I go by But maybe it will work better in the future ? read more

i went to try out this new wash and got the highest package, when getting through the wash i pulled to the vacuums to give a once over and vacuum but notice where the tire shine was applied it was all over the wheels too. i went to wipe it off and all 4 wheels were scraped where the tire shine was applied to the tires/wheels. i grabbed the agent, they took pics and started a claim, which took so long bc he closed out before submitting, so i had to refile again. i asked for a credit back, as the wash damaged my car, and still have yet to get the credit back. i rec'd an email saying looking at the pics their machine didnt do this, and closed. i replied back that i would appreciate someone from claims to look at it in person, as pictures dont always show everything, but have yet to hear back. i commented on their facebook page twice, and still no reply. my car didnt have these scrapes on the wheels prior, im careful with my car, and the fact that they wont answer and blow me off is unacceptable. STAY AWAY! i am reporting them to BBB as well, since they dont want to answer me, and 4 wheels that need to be refinished due to their machine. read more
