I just moved into a nearby rural city, and was very excited to have a touch-less car wash, for my extremely expensive cars in the relatively close proximity. I went for the first time this morning, and was not disappointed. Great water pressure, extended wash and rinse cycles. The dryer did not do much, but since I have a ceramic coated black paint job, I would prefer to dry from wet, instead of having to try to buff out water spots. Found a shaded area in the back of their lot to dry my vehicle, just like I like to. I will not go anywhere else while live in the area, that is for sure! read more

Basic bare bones car wash. If you need to get rid of excess dirt on the outside of your car, this is your place. There was no attendant the morning I went, one of the wash machines was out of order. The payment box accepted cash and that was nice as I would never put any credit/debit card into this type of machine. The machine prompts you to pull forward and to back up if you've gone too far. Immediate undercarriage blast which was nice. As soon as it starts a robotic machine arm pre soaks your car twice with a solution. It then starts to jet blast the dirt off of your car. It's pretty painless and works quickly and the water only machine does not scratch your paint. My car was not thoroughly clean as I just wanted the excess dirt blasted off. The noteworthy thing about Laser Wash is that there is a person working at the entrance that does all the pre-work that combines with the standard car wash for a great result. It was quick, easy, reasonable, and I got a great wash for $10. It reminded me of the Rudy's wash, but not DIY and better prep than you can do there for the same price. read more

I have been calling the number on file and it says it's been disconnected and I can not find anyone there during daytime hours. This is by far one of the worst automatic Car Washes in a 100-mile Radius...Okay, Okay maybe that is exaggerating... I went with the basic six dollar wash just to wash off a little dirt from all the wind we have been getting... So It started with a powerful under-carriage wash, right on. Pulled in, and it did one pass...ONE PASS...I can pay 1.50 and get three minutes at a do-it-yourself car wash...the one pass lasted 30-seconds...I can urinate longer than this car wash! Anyhow I thought whatever, I had the air-dryers as I pulled forward...Waited...Waited...Waited...Nothing. I did however receive a spot-free rinse but if you haven't figured it out yet (its a marketing scheme) shhh... All in all, still have dirt...it looks worse than what it did before. Next time I will be spending six bucks right down the street at the do-it yourself and bring my towels. FYI: if you drive a large vehicle it will be extremely tight getting around the curve once you exit the quick spray. read more

He told me how to pull in (enter very slowly to get all soaped up - exit slowly for the blow dry). I thought the process went quickly enough, the price is good and I left with a clean vehicle - what more could I ask for? I usually wash my car in my driveway, but when it's cold cold cold outside, I will use a touchless car wash. And hey fella, waiting 27 minutes for 3 cars ahead of you is to be expected; that's 9 minutes per car and some of those cars might have extra services or take a long time at the self serve payment station. Slowest. Car wash. Ever. There were just THREE cars in front of us. Took 27 minutes for those 3 to be washed so we could pull into the bay. The wash isn't half bad, price is decent. Just bring something to eat and drink cause you will be here quite a while. read more

I went to get the dust from the last few weeks off since we have had the little bit of rain...very disappointed! Let me say I wasn't expecting a lot but I did expect to have the wash remove the thin layer of dirt. Still dirty... I went back and said something to the attendant, I showed him my issues and he brushed those areas and I re-entered for the second time to leave still very disappointed again...it was a shorter wash and nothing had changed, same dirt in the same places on my car. I ask him to have the owner call me and left my # and time of wash issues and I took pictures. The owner was very short and rude on the phone - said I needed to come there now "so he could put his hands on it and make it right". When I arrived, he proceeded to tell me "that was the best I was going to get from a laser car wash". Needless to say he was super rude and arrogant! I've taken my SUV here for years and am a satisfied customer. Thankfully I haven't encountered the hardships that some have written about. Their Attendant named Doug is always friendly and does a great job even when the cars are lined up to the street. My car always comes out clean, but then again, I don't drive in with caked on mud and grime. If my car is that filthy then I'll take it to a self serve and use a sponge. If I had to "complain" about anything at Laser Wash, it would be the short dry cycle. read more

I pulled up at 3:45 today (a Sunday afternoon) about 10 seconds behind another vehicle. Sat there for 10 minutes and then the two attendants put out their "the wash is open but your on your own" signs. Thought for sure they would take care of the two vehicles that had already been sitting there (mine and the other one). WELL, to my surprise they did take care of the young ladies car but proceeded to ignore mine. Once they were done with hers they took down their hoses, and put up their equipment and LEFT!
