I owe WhiteWater a huge thank you! My husband and I have had memberships for years to Whitewater and have always been very happy with the services. Great service, great experience always etc etc. Tonight, at Whitewater was quite eventful however because I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car while vacuuming. And all this happened right at closing time. Not only did one of the employees let me use their phone multiple times, they brought me a chair and continued to check in on me while I waited for AAA. A parent to one of the employees also came to check on me and stayed there until AAA showed up much later than expected. It was nearly 10pm by the time I was on my way. This car wash scratched up our truck horribly the last time we went there. It didn't scratch my car but I guess they can't handle trucks? I think maybe their equipment isn't aligned correctly? Won't be going back. read more

The car wash is expensive, and I expected the glamorous automatic system to work wonders; it didn't. My car actually looked worse (like mud and dust had just been smeared) after the $20 wash. This place is nice and super convenient for those that live nearby, so I hope they get their issues resolved! My first time coming to this car wash because it was across from my gym and my car needed a clean. The customer service was amazing! Out of all the car washes I've been to I never knew they had a car Matt cleaners, so I always manually vacuumed my car matts trying to get my dogs hair out and dirt, well one of the workers named Angelica went out of her way to let me know they had a car matt cleaner and cleaned my car matt's for me and got my dogs hair out of them and gave me an air freshener as well! She was super sweet and my car came out very nice and clean! I would definitely come here again! read more

White Water Car Wash on University in Round Rock Texas does not conduct good honest transparent business. Approximately 18 mos ago I joined their CARNAUBA Club. At the time I joined the price was $32.99. Recently I looked at my bank statement and noticed for the last 4 mos White Water Car Wash has been charging me $34.99. I went there to complain and spoked with the manager. This gentleman stood about 6'5 and tipped the scales at approximately 350 if not more. I complained about the price hike and that I was never notified of said price hike. He said there was nothing that could be done and I would have to pay the higher price to remain a club member. After some discussion I elected to terminate my membership and move on. It's a shame that White Water Car Wash lure customers in and decoy them into paying a higher price without notification. It's way too many car wash businesses available to have to put up with this type of nonsense. As a solution if they would of honored the the original price of $32.99, I would still be their customer. Since they didn't I will soon be a valued customer elsewhere. read more

I signed up for a membership a month ago, paid the 10 dollars for the month and my next payment was due the 28th of the month. I go there during my membership period and had to pay 10 bucks because supposedly my payment didn't go through on the 21st. So I went ahead and paid it cuz I seen there was a line of cars. I got charged again on the 28th all within the same month. So I basically paid $30 bucks for the month. I'm about to call my credit card and have this company removed. Be careful when you link your card with this company you will get scam. I was told I was charged for single use when I had a membership. read more

Since the Cedar Park location isnt listed, I'll just say what I need to say here. Got a one-time wash and had a good experience so I signed up for a monthly subscription. Shortly after the problems began. Most of the time, one or more of the brushes isnt turning/working and the vehicle doesnt get properly cleaned. Then, when using the vacs and microfiber clothes (when there are some), they usually smell moldy/mildewy. It's disgusting and takes a lot of washing effort to get the smell off of your hands. The last time, the whole line was stopped for a while, and then when it finally got started again, they stopped it while I was in the middle. After restarting, the main horizontal brush wasnt even coming down to clean the top of the vehicle. Sent them a message TWICE ( a week apart) and never got a reply even after 3 week. Yes, I know all about spam. They obviously cant be bothered and dont care. Ok. Got it. I cancelled my membership and will look elsewhere. Too many other options out there to deal with this. read more

My experience is horrible at university road, round rock. I visited first time and sales man told me there is a promotion to pay one time car wash and enjoy whole month unlimited car wash and then regular car wash fee from next month. I accepted his offer and gave him my CC to charge $20 for first month with promotion. He charge me $34.99. I trust on him and not check receipt. When I back at home, saw a notification from bank, he charged me $34.99. I called office and asked about it. They did sorry and said whenever you will come back, we will refund extra money. I visited next day and same salesman wasted my 20 minutes and not figure out how to refund. He said my manager can do refund, so I have to visit in morning. It's not possible to visit daily in my working days and I told him about it. He said leave phone number, tomorrow my manager will call back you and refund. I waited his call next day but he did not call me. I try to call them and they don't answered. Now its been 3 days, they not call back. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. BEWARE! Don't trust them when they get your CC. Keep an eye of not taking pic of your CC and also charge you correctly. Otherwise you will lose money. read more

Went to the 651 University location. If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my 82 year old stepdad's car here to help him detail it. I have been here a couple of times and on one of those previous occasions, I paid for the tire shine but unfortunately it didn't work. The attendant seemed busy, so I didn't bother her and just left. This time around, I asked the attendant at the point of sale if the tire shine was working and he responded it was. I paid for the wash, the $4 tire shine, and left a $2 tip. During the washing process, a piece of trim was broken off. My step dad approached someone, later identified as the GM, Ryan, and asked him if he could help retrieve the broken pieces. According to my stepdad, Ryan seemed put-out with the request, but did retrieve all of the pieces. After the tires completely dried, I approached Robert and asked him if there was any way he could verify that the tire shine was working and/or let me run the car through it again to get what I paid for. Robert kept walking back-and-forth to Ryan and gave me his responses. First, he told me that if the "tire shine light" does not come on, it still applies the product. The second time he came back to me, he explained that the tire shine product was "water-based" (not sure of the relevance). I explained to him that if he were to just look at the tires, he could see that the tire shine was not applied or the mechanism wasn't working. The third time he came back to me he told me that after speaking with his GM, Ryan, there was "nothing that could be done". At that point, I was pretty irritated so I told him that I just wanted what I paid for or my money back because this was the second time I'd been to this location and paid for a product I did not receive. I even tried to reason with Robert and ask him how he would feel if he paid for a $4 cup of coffee only to have the person serving him tell him he couldn't have it and there was "nothing that could be done". No matter what I said, Robert seemed to just parrot the last direction he was given and said there was "nothing that could be done". When I asked to speak to someone who was actually in charge, Robert started to walk in Ryan's direction. I followed him to Ryan and try to explain to Ryan my frustration. Ryan said he would take a look at the tires and started walking to my stepdad's car. It was at this point I saw a lady drying her car and noticed that the tire shine might have worked for her so I asked her if she had opted for the tire shine. Ryan seemed upset extended his arm in my direction in what I thought was going to be an attempt to physically escort me away from the lady. He proceeded to tell me, with a put-out look on his face, not to talk to anyone. I told him not to tell me who I could talk to or not. This must've hurt Ryan's tender feelings because he then rudely said he would reimburse me money and not to come back. Ryan, Robert, and I walked into the office, at which point Ryan asked me for the card I used to pay for the wash, credited me with $15, and then again asked me not to come back. Robert seemed to be enjoying himself because the whole time, he had a little smart Alec smile on his face. I called the corporate office that day and left a message briefly describing the incident and asked if someone could return my call. I'll spare you the suspense; no one ever returned my call. Here are some takeaways; first, don't take my word for it, look at the photos of my stepdad's tires and tell me if I got what I paid for, or not. Second, when there is an over-saturation of these types of car washes in the Round Rock area, I will gladly never return to this location (and proactively discourage others from doing so) if it means I don't have to be irritated with a grossly amateur attempt to piss on my head and tell me it's raining. Third, it doesn't matter if it was $4 or four cents, if you can't deliver what someone paid for, just simply give people their money back. The outright refusal to initially do so just goes to show the level of dishonesty found in this business and in its GM, Ryan. read more

The car wash scratched my paint and didnt really clean my truck but the service was good

So, I gave up on this place when I noticed that 100% of the time the back half of my car was soaking wet--the dryers in this carwash don't work long enough to even minimally dry your car...they shut off in about 10 seconds. Worse, I just agreed to a 1 month unlimited wash deal for $11.00 or so, and then I read the "fine print" on the receipt and unbeknownst to me, they signed me up for recurring charges of $19.99 per month without ever mentioning they were doing that.
