Seeing lots of negative reviews and just wanted to share my experience. First of all, this is an expensive wash but it's because it's full service. Vacuum, wash, interior wipe and tire shine. This was is $31. That's okay with me because I have to do absolutely nothing except wait 20 minutes in their lobby which is clean, smells nice, and offers free coffee. The first time I went, the teens working there didn't vacuum my car out very well and this did frustrate me because at that price point, the service needs to be great. Came back today for another wash, mentioned to the manager (John) that it wasn't done well last time. He made a note, literally, on the window for a manager to check my car when done. I actually had a manager (Armando) tell me to wait a few more minutes so that he could check it. This time it was perfect! Feeling excited about my nice clean car and feeling like I got the service that I paid for! I just have to say, many are quicker to write a negative review than to actually approach a manager with a problem. All it took was a gentle mention of a previous issue to John and he was able to make sure the job was done better this time. No business is going to be perfect but if you can offer criticism kindly, I think you'll find most places will make it up to you. Thank you wash tub. Let me start by asking if anyone else wonders why there are only a few full service car wash places in Texas? Many of you may be transplants and know what I mean. I took a moment to think about this, in the shade, while my car was being dried. 1. Do you want to take the time to wash your own car in the extreme temperatures they work in? 2. Did you know that they rarely get a decent tip? 3. Do you think they have a line of job applicants that want to work under those conditions for a paycheck that wouldn't cover your coffee habit? A job, I and many others really don't want to or can't do. Good employees are hard enough to find for a fun job, let only a physically demanding one. I give thanks to their amazing hard workers who try to do the best job on each vehicle. They really do care! If something is not up to par, they will and do make it right. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I paid for the minimum wash and vacuum (around 20 something dollars) AND I left a $20 tip. Guess I should have waited and walked the car first. Literally smells like they sprayed something and that was it. $40 down the drain and now I have to clean it myself. DO NOT GO HERE. If I wanted a half wash I'll go through HEBs laser wash. Today was my first time coming to this place and it will be my last. I asked a full interior and exterior detail and after 3 hours of waiting was left with dirt and tree debris in the bed of my truck, dirt in my center console, milk still splattered on my rear window, and trash left under the seat. i also i asked for an air freshener and did not receive that. I won a $27.00 coupon for wash tub in Georgetown, I got my free wash today and was a joke, the worst car wash job. Driver Floor mat was dirtier than I come with. They didn't clean front windows, did a half ass job vac. Floor, bugs all over front. I sat there waiting for a long time, no one let me know my Truck was done. If they didn't have bad standards they'd have no standards at all. They consistently fail. After having a membership and a year of chances, we quit. Terrible quality, terrible value, and terrible wait times. How does it take them SO long and only do half the job (and that's being generous)? I decided to go wash my car for the very first time. So I went there, yeah, they greeted me really good. And everything. They said it was going to be maybe 1 or 2 hours so I went walking to the goodwill, when I came back. They still weren't done. It took them 4 or 5 hours, I think 5 hours and I was not happy with the service at all so I took it back. And I told him what was wrong with it, you know, and that they didn't vacuum. And they didn't know how to do that. It wasn't, I was not happy so then I took it again another time, and I told them they said they remembered me, but then I told them about the vacuum and I showed them how to do it. And whatever I had to wash my own rims. My car looks way better so I canceled my membership. $20 for the membership and I only took it twice. I would not take it there again and I don't recommend it, I'm sorry I just don't. I'd rather do it myself. Or pay somebody from out here to do it? And I'm pretty sure they'll do a good job and then tip them on top of that. I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend this place at all. And I'm not the only one that has gone of my friends and they said the same thing when they did it, he said, well, I remember you and then I said, well, what's that there was AAA spot with still the bird poop on my car. 11/15/24 @ 11:2am. Assoc: 65326 Sales: 46402 Service: Package Wash 2 and Ultimate Wash. My 1st time at this facility and unfortunately will be my last. As I drove up I was greeted by a nice lady. Very informative and kind. For $35.00 the inside of my car should have been wiped down. There was obvious spots of dirt on the inside door panels. The seats had not been wiped off. The rubber mats were vacuumed but still looked dirty. I'm very disappointed. Definitely need some training and a supervisor needs to verify the work performed. read more

My husband had my suv cleaned for Mother's Day. They didn't pay attention to detail. They folded up the seats and didn't vacuum the back of them. Some of the stains were forgotten/ mirrors, door details ext, It's like two people cleaned each side of the car. One is significantly better than the other. We paid over $300 for the services and I just don't feel like it was a value. Is it clean, yes. Is it detailed, no. I don't think we'll be back. Well try our luck with a mobile person. read more

Still had garbage under driver's seats (empty water bottle, post it note) kleenex, cigarette butt and crumpled receipt in recess of driver's door. Doors still had smears of sunblock on them, I really thought they would have been wiped down. I waited over a year from receipt of gift certificate to have my car cleaned on the inside. I removed all shopping bags and various items from my car. There wasn't that much garbage missed but this stuff should not have been missed at all. It wasn't vacuumed really great either. Back hatch area looks dusty. This was a gift certificate for my birthday, and it was not I who brought my car in, or I would have seen what was left behind. Won't be using again. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about this car wash! They really took good care of me! Camille and Nick are the greatest! I pulled up and explained what I needed to Camille and she made sure I got exactly what I needed. I needed a detail because someone puked in my backseat. She told me it was a biohazard and would be costly. I told her my budget and she gave me a great deal! It took 3 hours for the detail. Nick was an expert when it came to my detail and he gave me so many details about the car. I really appreciated it! I only was able to tip him $43 but he was so appreciative which was really nice. I've come here twice for a car wash (the gleam wash) and both times were great! they hit all my carpets with a vacuum and got stuff out that i haven't been able to get out in months. the wash was pretty standard but they towel dry your car which prevents the water spots. they also cleaned the dash, console, and all the windows (inside and outside) so it left my car feeling new. definitely worth the cost! read more

Very disappointed with the service at this location. When we first drove in, the sales advisor was beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. We spoke to another manager who told us he's normally at the round rock location. The inside of the car was barely touched and they had to redo it. Won't be returning and way overpriced. read more

I've been here a couple of times now and gotten the Ultimate Wash. In my opinion it's a much better service than the places where you stay in your vehicle and do the vacuuming and cleaning your self. For around $30 the Wash Tub vacuums, washes, wipes down interior, does tire shine and exterior trim shine all while I wait inside in the air conditioning. It's always at least $25 at more other places for me to get the wash I want but i stay in my car and I have to vacuum and wipe down. Same person checked me in both times and he is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My one complaint is some employees working inside were talking/flirting which doesn't bother me except their language was not always professional and there were customers/kids in the area. read more

I spent $29 on a full service car wash, and they didn't even wipe down the dash or clean around the shifter. The windows were spotted, bird poop remnants on the front windshield, below average vacuuming job, and they also didn't wipe off the data screen. I'm not sure on what planet this qualifies as a full service car wash, but next time I'll do it myself! I'm giving one star to the nice lady running the cash register inside. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. What a joke! I just paid $35. Left my car there while I ate lunch and they parked it. I picked it up and gave a $20 tip and drove to HTeaO. When I got out of my car, I realized they hadn't even touched my rims or wheel wells. They barely dried it and there was dirt along the bottom and in all the edges. I cleaned the back part and decided to take it back. Upon arrival I was told to speak with the person who dried my car (Gilbert). I explained myself and told him not to worry about the rear since I had just cleaned that part. My rims and wheel wells definitely needed attention though. Gilbert proceeded to question me about whether I had really cleaned the rear myself and asked me what rag I used and wanted to see it. I was appalled, and pulled it out of the back of my car. He asked if all the dirt I mentioned was on that rag...I answered yes. He smirked and walked away. I talked to a manager who was finishing my rims but he didn't seem concerned. I went in to have my car serviced. After they finished they handed me the keys and pointed to a tire saying it's flat and shrugged their shoulders and said go to a gas station. They also did a horrible job detailing the inside. It was more than an hour from closing and they were unable to do it. Unless you want damage done to your car, do NOT go there. read more

I am a long-time customer of the wash tub and have been buying books of car wash coupons for for Christmas for my family for years. This year you guys have made it a little bit more difficult for me. I wanted book of full service car wash with tire shine Or I would've purchased the $39 a month for three months for unlimited but unfortunately you guys need the license plate Which I did not have. There was another service where she would've had to pay four dollars each trip, all I wanted was for her to come in and get a full service car wash with tire shine and not have to pay anything. Waste of time and money!!! Paid for the Ultimate Wash... the inside looks pretty much the same way before cleaning. There's dirt, crumbs, sand from a recent trip. My car is less than a month old so it shouldn't be too hard to pick up things with a vacuum cleaner. The inside wasn't wipe down either! The exterior had streaks everywhere, tires were dirty and on two of the tires only half of the tire was shiny... they left leaves in the back of my SUV. they only cleaned the middle of my wheels and the vacuum job could have been done better by a 6 year old. Crumpled paper trash still in the doors and it looks like they failed to even try to dust. The outside that got washed was good but I could have done that for 5 or 6 bucks at a drive through. I can't possibly explain exactly what a great customer service experience I had with Washtub here in Georgetown . After a rough trip this summer in Santa Fe, the car was pretty scratched up and I asked if they could detail some of the scratches out, and they assured me they could.well it took them nearly 3 weeks to find the touch up paint for my Mercedes-Benz, to do all the buffing and touchup all the scratches.
