This will be my second time getting the full detail service for my 2021 BMW 330i. The first time was great this time not so great. I've been coming to this location over the past 4+ years and I've have always had consistent top tier service. The crew is always super friendly and helpful. You can count on cars being lined up before they even open at 9:00 a.m.. I arrived at 8:55 a.m. on Sunday morning for my 9:00 a.m. full detail appointment. I was finally able to pull my car into the bay at 9:15am Note: A lane for cars that have appointments would be great! That way appointments can be greeted and checked in when they arrive. But that's a nice to have :) Today they had complimentary coffee and powdered donut holes. Note: only powdered creamer. It would be great if there were a vending machine in the waiting area. An opportunity for the business owners to bring in more revenue as well. I really like that they have a comfy waiting area and complimentary Wi-Fi for those that wait for their vehicle. So great for the customers that stay and wait. When I get the detailed service it can take up to 2 hours. Today's detailed service was not my best experience here. It took approximately 75 minutes versus 120 minutes. And when I got in my car I understood why. There was still debris on my carpet, my console and cup holders were not cleaned my screens had fingerprints and were Dusty my whole steering wheel and dash areas were still dusty. My side view mirrors were still dirty, vanity mirrors dirty rear view mirror 30 and still bug poo on my rear windshield. The most stressful part was noticing that one of the buttons on my steering wheel was missing. The manager did call me and he is looking for the button, if unable to find it he will order me a new one from Amazon. Great follow-up and customer service! From my perspective, When you spend over $200 for a car detail you would think all of these things would be checked before the owner is called to pick up their car. I pay extra because I want those details taken care of. Instead I spent time inspecting the details and having someone help me clean these areas at the exit. Not the best experience. I did send a note to management about this experience so they can ensure it doesn't happen to other customers in the future. Management did follow up promptly and offer solutions. Based on my experience this time, I don't believe I'll be back for detailing, but I will be back for simple car washes. I'll be back because the service is friendly and great. read more

I had a membership for the most expensive package. My car is brand new and when I went to get it washed, there was still bugs on my windshield and my dog nose prints on the windows. Bug spots on the front grill. The interior still had rocks by the petals and the same dust on the dash and by the radio. Not paying that much money for my car to still be dirty. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Save your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man did I get taken!!! paid $239 for a wash and full interior detail. lets start with the wash. Exactly what I would expect from drive through car wash as far as the road grime left around the accents such as fender guards and emblems some around windows and bumper. The did do a better job on the front getting the bugs off( I spent 8 minutes with a micro fiber clothe and cleaned up all these areas myself). Now lets move onto the interior that I paid an extra $189 for the full detail. The drivers seat still had a spot on it where something was stuck on the leather( I was able to remove in 1 minute with my finger.) the middle row seats still had grime on the front of the seat( I used leather cleaner and a micro cloth and was able to remove in 3 minutes). The dash and center consuls had dirt on them as if someone had wiped them down before blowing out the carpet. (It took me 5 minutes to wipe them down and remove the debris). The carpet you could visibly see the dirt on one of them, I showed the attendant and he started telling me that it was sand and that sand was extremely difficult to get out. I picked it up held it by one end gave it a little shake and we both watched it just fall off. he continued to tell me about how hard sand was to remove. We have not been anywhere sandy, but since I understand that sand can be a part of all soil compositions in different ratios I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When I went home I shook some more off onto a plate and rolled it up into a nice little dirt ball. it was in fact not sand just dirt. (I spent 20 minutes cleaning them with a house vacuum and shaking the mats with my hands and was able to remove what they couldn't, as well as reinstalling the mats correctly, which they did not do). The attendant did offer to re-vacuum the carpet to attempt to get "that difficult sand"(regular dirt) out but after listening to him make excuses I was more interested in testing his honesty and professionalism by seeing what it would take for me to clean it. For those keeping track it took me 37 minutes 3 rags and one household vacuum to make my car look like I expected after spending $239. read more

I have been there 3 times and each time I was very pleased with the service. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews.

Seeing lots of negative reviews and just wanted to share my experience. First of all, this is an expensive wash but it's because it's full service. Vacuum, wash, interior wipe and tire shine. This was is $31. That's okay with me because I have to do absolutely nothing except wait 20 minutes in their lobby which is clean, smells nice, and offers free coffee. The first time I went, the teens working there didn't vacuum my car out very well and this did frustrate me because at that price point, the service needs to be great. Came back today for another wash, mentioned to the manager (John) that it wasn't done well last time. He made a note, literally, on the window for a manager to check my car when done. I actually had a manager (Armando) tell me to wait a few more minutes so that he could check it. This time it was perfect! Feeling excited about my nice clean car and feeling like I got the service that I paid for! I just have to say, many are quicker to write a negative review than to actually approach a manager with a problem. All it took was a gentle mention of a previous issue to John and he was able to make sure the job was done better this time. No business is going to be perfect but if you can offer criticism kindly, I think you'll find most places will make it up to you. Thank you wash tub. Let me start by asking if anyone else wonders why there are only a few full service car wash places in Texas? Many of you may be transplants and know what I mean. I took a moment to think about this, in the shade, while my car was being dried. 1. Do you want to take the time to wash your own car in the extreme temperatures they work in? 2. Did you know that they rarely get a decent tip? 3. Do you think they have a line of job applicants that want to work under those conditions for a paycheck that wouldn't cover your coffee habit? A job, I and many others really don't want to or can't do. Good employees are hard enough to find for a fun job, let only a physically demanding one. I give thanks to their amazing hard workers who try to do the best job on each vehicle. They really do care! If something is not up to par, they will and do make it right. Today was my first time coming to this place and it will be my last. I asked a full interior and exterior detail and after 3 hours of waiting was left with dirt and tree debris in the bed of my truck, dirt in my center console, milk still splattered on my rear window, and trash left under the seat. i also i asked for an air freshener and did not receive that. If they didn't have bad standards they'd have no standards at all. They consistently fail. After having a membership and a year of chances, we quit. Terrible quality, terrible value, and terrible wait times. How does it take them SO long and only do half the job (and that's being generous)? 11/15/24 @ 11:2am. Assoc: 65326 Sales: 46402 Service: Package Wash 2 and Ultimate Wash. My 1st time at this facility and unfortunately will be my last. As I drove up I was greeted by a nice lady. Very informative and kind. For $35.00 the inside of my car should have been wiped down. There was obvious spots of dirt on the inside door panels. The seats had not been wiped off. The rubber mats were vacuumed but still looked dirty. I'm very disappointed. Definitely need some training and a supervisor needs to verify the work performed. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about this car wash! They really took good care of me! Camille and Nick are the greatest! I pulled up and explained what I needed to Camille and she made sure I got exactly what I needed. I needed a detail because someone puked in my backseat. She told me it was a biohazard and would be costly. I told her my budget and she gave me a great deal! It took 3 hours for the detail. Nick was an expert when it came to my detail and he gave me so many details about the car. I really appreciated it! I only was able to tip him $43 but he was so appreciative which was really nice. Still had garbage under driver's seats (empty water bottle, post it note) kleenex, cigarette butt and crumpled receipt in recess of driver's door. Doors still had smears of sunblock on them, I really thought they would have been wiped down. I waited over a year from receipt of gift certificate to have my car cleaned on the inside. I removed all shopping bags and various items from my car. There wasn't that much garbage missed but this stuff should not have been missed at all. It wasn't vacuumed really great either. Back hatch area looks dusty. This was a gift certificate for my birthday, and it was not I who brought my car in, or I would have seen what was left behind. Won't be using again. read more

My husband had my suv cleaned for Mother's Day. They didn't pay attention to detail. They folded up the seats and didn't vacuum the back of them. Some of the stains were forgotten/ mirrors, door details ext, It's like two people cleaned each side of the car. One is significantly better than the other. We paid over $300 for the services and I just don't feel like it was a value. Is it clean, yes. Is it detailed, no. I don't think we'll be back. Well try our luck with a mobile person. read more

I decided to go wash my car for the very first time. So I went there, yeah, they greeted me really good. And everything. They said it was going to be maybe 1 or 2 hours so I went walking to the goodwill, when I came back. They still weren't done. It took them 4 or 5 hours, I think 5 hours and I was not happy with the service at all so I took it back. And I told him what was wrong with it, you know, and that they didn't vacuum. And they didn't know how to do that. It wasn't, I was not happy so then I took it again another time, and I told them they said they remembered me, but then I told them about the vacuum and I showed them how to do it. And whatever I had to wash my own rims. My car looks way better so I canceled my membership. $20 for the membership and I only took it twice. I would not take it there again and I don't recommend it, I'm sorry I just don't. I'd rather do it myself. Or pay somebody from out here to do it? And I'm pretty sure they'll do a good job and then tip them on top of that. I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend this place at all. And I'm not the only one that has gone of my friends and they said the same thing when they did it, he said, well, I remember you and then I said, well, what's that there was AAA spot with still the bird poop on my car. I've come here twice for a car wash (the gleam wash) and both times were great! they hit all my carpets with a vacuum and got stuff out that i haven't been able to get out in months. the wash was pretty standard but they towel dry your car which prevents the water spots. they also cleaned the dash, console, and all the windows (inside and outside) so it left my car feeling new. definitely worth the cost! read more

I spent $29 on a full service car wash, and they didn't even wipe down the dash or clean around the shifter. The windows were spotted, bird poop remnants on the front windshield, below average vacuuming job, and they also didn't wipe off the data screen. I'm not sure on what planet this qualifies as a full service car wash, but next time I'll do it myself! I'm giving one star to the nice lady running the cash register inside. I've been here a couple of times now and gotten the Ultimate Wash. In my opinion it's a much better service than the places where you stay in your vehicle and do the vacuuming and cleaning your self. For around $30 the Wash Tub vacuums, washes, wipes down interior, does tire shine and exterior trim shine all while I wait inside in the air conditioning. It's always at least $25 at more other places for me to get the wash I want but i stay in my car and I have to vacuum and wipe down. Same person checked me in both times and he is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My one complaint is some employees working inside were talking/flirting which doesn't bother me except their language was not always professional and there were customers/kids in the area. read more

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. What a joke! I just paid $35. Left my car there while I ate lunch and they parked it. I picked it up and gave a $20 tip and drove to HTeaO. When I got out of my car, I realized they hadn't even touched my rims or wheel wells. They barely dried it and there was dirt along the bottom and in all the edges. I cleaned the back part and decided to take it back. Upon arrival I was told to speak with the person who dried my car (Gilbert). I explained myself and told him not to worry about the rear since I had just cleaned that part. My rims and wheel wells definitely needed attention though. Gilbert proceeded to question me about whether I had really cleaned the rear myself and asked me what rag I used and wanted to see it. I was appalled, and pulled it out of the back of my car. He asked if all the dirt I mentioned was on that rag...I answered yes. He smirked and walked away. I talked to a manager who was finishing my rims but he didn't seem concerned. I went in to have my car serviced. After they finished they handed me the keys and pointed to a tire saying it's flat and shrugged their shoulders and said go to a gas station. Waste of time and money!!! Paid for the Ultimate Wash... the inside looks pretty much the same way before cleaning. There's dirt, crumbs, sand from a recent trip. My car is less than a month old so it shouldn't be too hard to pick up things with a vacuum cleaner. The inside wasn't wipe down either! The exterior had streaks everywhere, tires were dirty and on two of the tires only half of the tire was shiny... I will not visit this place again, you are better off going through a drive through car wash and vacuuming yourself! ‍ read more
