The service has really gone downhill since they first opened. A few weeks ago I had to go back through a second time because the wash did not get the back end of my SUV cleaned very well at all. Then a couple of weeks ago I went through it did another horrible job but I didn't have time to go through a second time. I went through yesterday and told them the back end hadn't gotten Killeen the first time and asked him to please do the pre-treat and make sure it got cleaned the kid just nodded at me and motioned me on forward. Basically he sprayed the back end about three times and turned away to the next car. Once again the back of the car came out barely any cleaner than when it started. read more

Several years ago they offered a 50% military discount. Now they offer less than 5% discount. Hardly received notification. They are a great car wash and I would like to stay with. But this increase will make it difficult. read more

It was my first time here as I'm new to Kansas, and I would highly recommend this car wash! I've never been to a car was where you are offered a damp towel before you go through it. It was very handy for wiping down my interior while I was cleaning out the interior at their complimentary vacuums. I'm disabled so I needed help with running my floor mats through the washer and there was a very nice young man who helped me with that! read more

WOW.....Went to Club Car Wash ( Topeka KS ), to wash my 1991 MR2 Toyota. I got WAY MORE than I paid for. When I purchased my car just 2 weeks ago it had a beautiful red paint job. My first trip to Club Car Wash to wash my car, I ended up with white spots all over my car. I then brought the problem to the attendant attention, he then filed a damage claim. The claim was denied by Club Car Wash without viewing the before and after pictures of my car. Looks like I Will be seeing Club Car Wash in the court room!!!!! BTW, this web site makes you post a star, in my opinion they don't deserve any stars!! THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO MANANGEMENT: Sadly, you are mistaken, you have cameras at your facility and i have pictures of before and after. Please bring those to the courtroom and they will tell the truth about who damaged my car. I took the car to a professional detail shop in topeka and they said it WAS your dried up soap that's on my car finish, they buffed and were unable to get all the soap off the finish. My husband and I have paid for monthly memberships as soon as Club Car Wash opened near our home. I'm the original owner of my 2021 car and after going through their car wash half of the trim piece on the back of my car was missing. I filed a claim which they denied saying that from the photo they emailed the trim piece was loose. I showed them photos of the opposite end of the trim piece that looked exactly like the piece they said appeared to be loose. I always towel my car after washing and the trim piece was never loose. Word to the wise: Don't use this place! If your car has a trim piece (what car doesn't?) it will eventually be pulled off because the system they use is very aggressive. My husband and I immediately canceled our memberships not because the trim piece was broken off but because they completely dismissed me knowing darn well their equipment caused the breakage. I've recommended this place to dozens of friends and business associates and I'll let them all know of my experience. Extremely poor customer service. read more

I've been using their service for nearly three years and have been pleased. At one point a passenger side mirror cover somehow came off and was damaged. They responded quickly and paid for the repair. While it was unfortunate, Club Car Wash had film of my car going in with the mirror and leaving without it. I tried the Fast Pass membership on a promotion and have enjoyed the service so much I decided to keep it. I can wash my car every single day if I really wanted to. There is one lane for Fast Pass members and one for non members paying by the car wash. You are provided with a towel to wipe down your car after each wash (on loan-return after use), high powered vacuums, and roomy bays to dry, vacuum and clean your interior. On days I am in a hurry, I simply drive through and just let the automatic wash do the work. My car is never dirty anymore! Great value if you like a clean vehicle! read more
