First off, the checkout machine asks way too many unnecessary questions. I just want a basic car wash, but instead, I have to go through five extra prompts before I can even pay. What really pushed me over the edge? The damage to my car. I drive a 2024 Jaguar XF, and after my first visit, I noticed a scratch on my driver's side door. Gave them the benefit of the doubt--maybe it happened elsewhere. But today, after my second wash? I left with three or four more noticeable scratches. I'm not the type to complain, but paying money for a machine to scratch up your car instead of just rinsing off some dirt is beyond frustrating. Now I have to waste time and money getting the scratches removed

The service has really gone downhill since they first opened. A few weeks ago I had to go back…read morethrough a second time because the wash did not get the back end of my SUV cleaned very well at all. Then a couple of weeks ago I went through it did another horrible job but I didn't have time to go through a second time. I went through yesterday and told them the back end hadn't gotten Killeen the first time and asked him to please do the pre-treat and make sure it got cleaned the kid just nodded at me and motioned me on forward. Basically he sprayed the back end about three times and turned away to the next car. Once again the back of the car came out barely any cleaner than when it started.
