Seems professional at first, and then it gets bad....really bad. Matt (the owner) came out to my…read morehouse to offer a quote after I first called him to inquire about his services. He brought some of his crew with him, told me they are very professional, often the same crew each time that comes to your house, and that they are very dependable. Well none of this turned out to be true. HIs crew came out a total of 3, maybe 4 times. They scratched up my walls with black marks each time, on several occassions left dust balls and did not clean under the beds. After complaining the first time, Matt called me back to tell me I should get a magic eraser to fix the walls and said this would not happen again. The last time they cleaned, Matt waited a few days to call me back (even though he charged my card instantly) and became extremely rude and arrogant claiming that the scratches were "hairline" and asking me "haven't you ever bumped into your walls before?" Yes Matt, I have bumped into my walls before, but not every time I am in my house in 2 hour windows and I don't leave gouges or pay myself $200 each time to do it. On top of that, he claimed (at the end of the call, which is not legal in consumer law) he was recording this call and that he was going to share this recording with others on social media if I wrote a negative review. I say go for it Matt, show your customers how you treat them. Already contact my bank and the BBB and will make sure I get my money back, but do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this company.
