Whether or not this company is worth your while depends on what kind of recruiter you are on. THE BAD Another review mentioned it: they do have a nepotism problem. One employee specifically is related to the owners and is allowed to demean several others with impunity. Multiple times he took me aside and asked me leading questions about why an employee would do something or otherwise trash talk them to me. This was made known to the owners, but to my knowledge, they took no action. He created a toxic work environment, though it wasn't NEARLY as bad as several other places I've worked. With the exception of this one employee, who likely isn't going anywhere, the company is great and I would highly recommend going there if you think you can put up with his nonsense and recognize his drama for what it is.
