Stopped by with my wife and dog waiting for our flight and we were attended by a very educated and good humored waiter called Orestes - he recommended a steak that was very delicious - big restaurant material - surprised by the quality considering it's in the airport 10/10

Excellent high quality steak at a competitive price. Cooked to perfection. Although A1 sauce is offered, not necessary due to the awesomev taste. Great bar tenders. Mojito was great. Dessert...DELICIOUS! I have found my favorite airport restaurant. Look forward to enjoying more ribeye at this restaurant.

Look no further, just eat here. The food and drinks are amazing. I thought I wanted tacos until I checked and they had my two favorite food items, truffle fries and mahi! Yes please. My food was soooooo good. I'll definitely try this place next time I'm at the airport. I also had two tasty margaritas.

3.5 stars...Stopped by today on my way to San Francisco. I was drawn to this place by the architecture. The dim light and dark green paneling, plus the wall mounted lights, look as if it belonged in the Gables or Downtown. The menu was a a basic bar and grill bistro, with a decent mix of meat seafood and chicken. I started with a glass of chardonnay (yeah to take the edge of flying, anywho;/) It was chilled and crisp, I liked! The rest of my meal consisted of sweet potato fries (a little on the cold and soggy side), a chicken sanwich with cheese on ciabatta bread (decent sized portion, crisp greens and an oil drizzle) and of course, "Eva Longoria". The creme brulee's crust was a decent texture, and deliciously sweet. All in all, one of the better airport food joints!

Great service, our server was so sweet and friendly! Food was decent for the airport and the restaurant was comfortable and clean.

We were lucky to be under the specialized and meticulous care of Idelis, one of the bartenders and a founder of this Doral location. We started with a tasting of the Wines of the Month: * The Gold Rush California Red; highly cherry-fruity with nice depth. * The Vinho Verde; crisp, refreshing, with a very light bubbly sensation. After the tasting, and keeping in mind her preference for reds, we decided to go with 2 bottles of Pinot Noir; elegant, with beautiful red fruit notes, soft tannins, and that classic silky finish that makes it so versatile and easy to enjoy. We started with the house pretzel bun with butter, which is always excellent. From the seasonal menu, we tried the Crispy Barbacoa Arancini, which were very good. For the main course, my girlfriend ordered the Blackened Ahi Tuna and I had the Shanghai Braised Short Rib; tender, perfectly cooked meat with a delicious soy-chili glaze, accompanied by roasted broccolini, shiitake mushrooms, and wasabi silky buttery mashed potatoes. The portions were perfect and the mix of flavors in the sauce and the mashed potatoes is something I can't even describe absolutely phenomenal. For dessert, the Summer Peach Butter Cake (the seasonal option) was already finished, which was very disappointing we couldn't understand why, especially since it was relatively early. We ended up ordering the Key Lime Pie instead, which was very balanced in flavor and sweetness. The crust was excellent and gave the impression of being homemade. Another great visit overall at Cooper's Hawk. The service, the wine, and most of the food never disappoint.

Parking can be a bit challenging, but if you valet it's only $7 or so, if you take your receipt with you at the time of the pick up. I gave them 4 stars because last time we were there our server gave us a bit less cash back ($5) than she should have, and never came back to the table so we could let her know, we waited around for another 10 min to see her, but that was a one off thing! Count your change / Who pays with cash these days anyway. Pro tip: you can do a wine tasting there too and it's always fun to do that before your meal! Makes it taste that much better !!

We booked a standard room through Amex travel and were upgraded to a junior suite both of our stays. The rooms have a mini fridge, bathrobes, any a variety of glassware. We forgot toothpaste and they gave us cute little toothbrush/toothpaste sets like you get on a long flight. The chocolates that came as a welcome gift part of our reservation were so good. The hotel grounds are so peaceful and there's so much to explore. The gym is large for a hotel. The onsite restaurants have amazing food (bad service, but I won't deduct stars for that here). If you have Amex Platinum, watch for deals. Our one night stays cost us less than $150 each because of the rate and all the perks - including three meals.

I grew up spending July 4th here, have always been enamored by their pool, the architecture of the space, and of course their iconic brunch. There is absolutely nothing that can take away The Biltmore's iconic status in Miami history. This review specifically is for whatever renovations they did to the lower lobby. I am not sure why they decided to go with the design direction that they did but it shocked me so much in a negative way that I had to leave feedback for hopefully someone to see. The way that they created a space in the lobby that is so bright, and giving new design beach resort from a big chain hotel really took me by surprise. The same can be said for the bathrooms, which are so bright with white light that I truly could not believe it. The lower lobby redesign does not convey what the Biltmore has stood for as long as I have enjoyed visiting - luxury, timeless elegance, and impeccable design. My dad is an architect and my mom was an interior designer so perhaps my perspective on this is a bit more invested than the average person. However, as someone who loves the Biltmore I truly believe this building is not meant to look like any other hotel chain you can stay it - it's supposed to be unique, historic, and beautiful! It's clear a lot of work went in to the redesign, and some updates to the hotel were surely needed but its really disheartening to see what it looks like now. I hope that as they continue to update the hotel - the design and approach matches this history that this national landmark deserves. In some positives - the pool at the Biltmore remains one of the most beautiful in Miami, and a stay here always makes you feel like a million bucks.

The interior is crisp and clean and bright. Definitely a standard I'd expect from HK. I had a lunch special which included app, entree and dessert. Everything was delicious. The salad was so good. While we enjoyed the overall experience, several service and execution issues took away from what should have been a special evening. Drink service was slow throughout the meal, and one guest didn't receive a refill until dinner was nearly finished. We were also told a birthday glass of wine would be complimentary, but it still appeared on the final bill. For the food, we ordered garlic butter for our steaks but received large portions of cold butter that hadn't melted. We also weren't informed that the filet already included garlic butter. The prawn appetizer had an off flavor, and one of the three filets was overwhelmingly peppery while the other two were properly seasoned. We ordered two bottles of wine and, due to limited tableside attention, often found ourselves refilling our own glasses throughout the evening. Overall, the food was enjoyable and we appreciated the opportunity to celebrate here. However, for a restaurant at this price point, the service and attention to detail should be much stronger. We traveled four hours for this experience and hope these issues were simply the result of an off night.
