Look they do a great job teaching/guiding everyone during class.... However these are my complaints/ constructive criticism 1. Yearly fee to join? Honestly wild as I did the monthly membership so would that not be enough? 2. Signing up for a membership HAD TO be in person or on the phone, which knowing this is a popular chain, you would think we would be able to easily sign up online.. 3. The vibe is just not it. It almost seems like everyone feels scared to mess up or have fun. There's no connection, too much tension, or just plain just a judgmental vibe. Like I mentioned before, the workouts are great, just the vibe seems like they just want to get people in and out. read more

I have been a member for a few months now. I've enjoyed the classes and not had an issue until yesterday when I informed them I needed surgery. The young man who answred the phone explained Id be losing the money Id paid so I ask if I could speak to a manager WHO DID NOT EVEN RETURN THE CALL. I thought when I explained the situation, they would understand and we could work something out. The young man even said as much. WARNING if something like this happens to you, and you've purchased a class pack, you WILL LOSE ALL THE CLASSES YOU PAID FOR. The manager is callous and will shamelessly tell you they're not going to make any exception. If anything comes up where you cannot attend classes, EVEN FOR MEDICAL REASONS, they DO NOT CARE. Anything you've already paid will go down the drain. After my previous months of experience with this place, I was SHOCKED theyd handle things this way! This "manager" had ZERO emotion or empathy! The manager represents the establishment, so that tears it for me! Just about everything you do has a medical exception because we dont have control over those things but NOT CLUB PILATES! read more

extremely expensive for a below average work out. In my opinion if i'm going to pay 179$ monthly at the bare minimum i should feel sore the next day. and if you're military you better cancel your subscription, even if you have to deploy they will charge you for the next month. at the end of the day not worth the price or headache when it comes time to cancel. read more

I want to explore some of the other options at the facility on Pine St to get a better perspective of ALL their offerings. Martita at the Pine St location is so helpful as are all the staff.

Restrooms and showers were clean each time I used them. The cliffside views are amazing at sunset, and the park felt calm at night. Staff was friendly and quick to help when I asked a question at check-in. Wi-Fi worked fine for email and streaming. Good walking space and plenty of shade in parts of the park. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to friends who want a relaxing spot with a legit spring pool. Five stars.
