I do wish they offered a few classes that were hot yoga or at least warm yoga - sometimes the studio is pretty chilly which makes it hard for my muscles to relax! I understand having that amount of heat in a studio can be costly but even if just one or two classes were heated that'd be soooo nice!! No need to worry if you have never done yoga. This class is special, very focused on each momma's needs and Caroline spoils us with many treats and aromatherapy techniques. Plus it becomes a community where you can share your concerns and questions amongst other moms and it feels GREAT to share knowledge and laughs. You won't regret it. Trust me.

She was talking with Stacy and i asked question about my renewal date and they just ignored and laughed . I think its all comes from management all gossiping making fun of me it was too much i asked why didn't you ask Stacy the question I asked she said i am yelling at her I have all the recording i didn't raise my voice . She told me to leave the place . They charged me twice for cancelation which i didn't cancel the class . I was explaining and the manager was rude saying i am nasty Yes i have accent i look different and yes i can speak other languages. I was treated very poor because i have accent and i look different? they gossip a lot . I treated very poor I came there just to work out nothing else. They cover not only the technicalities of the poses but also the other areas of yoga so often overlooked by western teachers. I learned about Sanskrit, the Gita, Ayurveda, meditation and more. I will definitely be coming back again to take further training at this center. The center itself has an amazing relaxing vibe that helps the knowledge soak in too.

Because I'm a parent to an 8 month old that I had to hire childcare for just to make this class and I drove from 30 minutes away in ice and slush. But that doesn't matter because it's not my business. What does matter is that I was told there was a 5 minute grace period. Now that I know that there is not, I know that YogaSix does not work for me. Extreme rigidity does not fit in with my life right now. Which is a decision I could've made before spending $300 on a class pack. My hope is that this review provides someone else the transparency i wanted for myself. update in response to management's response: your reply insinuates that we've spoken about more than one incident and that i was late it by more than 5 minutes. was that your intention? the facts are: i have taken 7 classes and was late once. and on that day, i arrived at 12:03 (3 minutes late) and was not allowed entry. why not check the cameras to confirm? that contradicts your statements upon sign up and in your response that you have a 5 minute grace period. i'm also not the only review to mention this and you seem to be defensive in receiving feedback instead of looking at it as an opportunity for growth.
